My coworker recommended this place so I tried it. Now when I get off work I place an order if I don't cook. Jerk chicken Philly and ribs are great! The sauce should be bottled and sold it's so good.

Honest as always. Customer service: The people at the counter were nice and they got the order right. They had 4 people outside waiting (2 in car, then an older lady and a man on his lunch) they said it opened at one they didnāt let anyone in until 1:20pm. Your main supporters are your own. We support black owned business,and we would like support and respect to the people spending their hard earned money with your establishment. Everyone says you closed on some days, donāt answer, or open late why have people waste gas or lunch break. Be professional and exceptional not the ānormā of a BOB with no etiquette. Treat the people like yāall treated Chicagoās Best. Integrity matters.
Food: Iāve been here before and it wasnāt great I decided to try again I donāt know if it was the cooks because everyone gives 5 stars it was not good at all and ruined our appetite. None of us liked the food it was bland.
Rib tips, wings, and Philly were awesome. I'm definitely going back. BUT they opened up 30 minutes late, and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get our orders. Jay's have to do better. They could've at least offered a free drink to all the customers that were waiting. And why no call in orders.

I had an amazing experience! The chicken wings were good, and the sauce was fantastic. I did think the wings could use a bit more seasoning, but I'm not someone who usually overdoes it with spicesā I don't even use salt! The ribs, jerk ribs, and eggrolls were all definitely in my top 10.
Unfortunately I donāt have an experience because twice Iāve driven from the suburbs only to find them closed when it was showing being open. And now I just tried again and I couldnāt call in the order and when I got there it was a hour and a half wait for rib tips. I give up trying this establishment.

I ordered a chicken burrito, and the meat was very dry. I took two bites from my burrito and could not eat anymore. It was very nasty. Won't get my hard earn money anymore.

Not only are you never greet led with a smile but the cashier and the person that give you your food acts as if they are upset you came in. I hope they do better but until then...

Ordered chicken Philly Obama Obama eggroll and mini tip. My daughter said the mini tips were very hard. My fiancĆ© didnāt like the Obama said it was blah. I threw the chicken Philly out Iām big on flavor maybe I ordered the wrong things.
Only thing we liked were the fries. No diss my opinion if you ever try mini chi chi or perfect jerk bbq jerk tips youāll see. Idk what the hype is with the food.
