THE OLIVES HAVE SEEDS IN THEM! If you're going to order the Greek salad, be warned the olives have seeds. Which, I don't know a single place that sells a salad with Seed-In olives. The food is fine. It's just fine. Salad is a salad. The tamale is a bit dry, but I can't expect much from a microwaved tamale 🤷♀️ The fries are good, gyros sandwich is good, but nothing too crazy. It's just kinda disappointing. If your going to order here, go in person. It's crazy expensive to order online. All of that costed me over 40 bucks on Uber Eats. I might come back to try the hot dogs. I don't know, we'll see

I haven’t been here in a couple of years, but I was recently passing by and decided to stop in for a hot dog and fries. The food was good, no complaints there. That said, I paid $10 for one hot dog and fries — no drink included. That’s ridiculous. Come on. Portillo’s is cheaper — around $6 for a hot dog — and you’re charging $10? The price is way out of line. You should be ashamed.

I'm really upset with both the food quality and the customer service here. It was our first time trying out Jeff's and we ordered a greek salad, 2 hot dogs, and two sides of cheese fries.
After we got home, we discovered only 1 order of cheese fries in the bag. I called the restaurant to let them know and to see if we could get an order of cheese fries at another time, or if they could refund that part of the order. The women on the phone kept interrupting me - she was nice, but wouldn't let me speak, and she kept telling me all sorts of random things like their menu is confusing or the cheese fries are separate (I know, I ordered them with BOTH hot dogs!). She assured me we only paid the price for one cheese fry.
We hung up the phone and I did the math. Large greek salad is 10.99, 2 hot dogs at 4.49, and 2 sides of cheese fries at 5.29 each is $30.55 plus taxes = $33.68. This is what we paid. So no, were charged for 2 cheese fries and the restaurant lied to me.
After the call, I opened the greek salad and it smelled so bad. There was a boiled egg in it for some reason, and the feta cheese STINKS like sour milk, it doesn't smell like normal feta. I'm not even going to eat this or I fear I'll get sick.
I won't be back, which sucks because I want to support local businesses, but not if they're going to talk over me on the phone and lie about things, mess up an order, and blame the customer or say their website is confusing. It's ridiculous they wouldn't even give us fries at another time, and even more ridiculous the greek salad was SPOILED. I'll stick with The Dog Stop...

Every time I go there's a problem. I have to ask them to lightly cook everything from my burger to my fish sandwich but the fries are always half cooked half raw. I ordered a lightly cooked fish sandwich that was not only burnt but parts of the fish were black and looked really old. The food looked so bad I refused to put it in my mouth. I paid 8 of my hard earned dollars for that sandwich that came with NOTHING ELSE FOR 8 BUCKS. Im done! Jeff's has seen the last of my money.

My husband and I have gone to Jeff's, on/off for over 30yrs and he has always ordered the farm steak sandwich. This sandwich was his favorite when Mr Vrettos either prepared it, himself, or someone else. Recently, my husband ordered the same sandwich and the meat was not cooked through. Needless to say, he was not happy. When my husband told the gentleman at the register, he offered to make another sandwich but my husband declined as my son and I were done with our meals. Also, since when is sourcraught automatically added to a burger? This should be a requested condiment. This is our last visit to this establishment (sadly) and what ashame to the Vrettos bros legacy.
