Love the seasonal offerings, but the regular rotation is also fantastic. With plenty of vegan options, and sorbet, there really is something for almost everyone.

Don't call it bias, but the goat cheese and cherry is an all time ice cream flavor.

My friend was having a rough day, so we went to go get late night ice cream at Jeni’s at Southport. It was towards the end of the night and the staff (Nate, Ali, and Kaylee) were charismatic and helped turn the day around by being joyful! I would definitely recommend checking Jeni’s out. I visit Chicago often and this is definitely one of my favorite places to grab ice cream! So many flavors to choose from including fun and interesting seasonal flavors. Love their waffle cones too!

Always love coming to Jenis for the seasonal new flavors. This was by far the best visit! Nate, our scooper, was so kind, gracious, fun, and chill. He made the experience special and wanted us to pick our favorites. His kindness went a long way for us after a hard day. Thank you for enjoying your job and serving us customers with joy, Nate. Made our date night!

Great icecream, fresh waffle cones definitely a hot spot for what I could tell. Not much indoor seating and the gentlemen who was working the register wasn’t very friendly. When I went a great amount of the freezers were down for maintenance but I feel like they still had a good selection of icecream as well as a sorbet for those who don’t eat dairy . Overall a place I would recommend as what I got was delicious just not a good place to sit and eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely would say it’s semi wheelchair friendly they have a roped off Que that could be difficult to navigate but they did have seating where those who need to have a wheelchair can access

Did you know that Jeni's gives you free ice cream in your birthday month. I signed up for the rewards on the app and during the entire month, I am able to redeem a free scoop. The service was great. I was able to sample as many flavors as I wanted and the staff did a good job explaining to me each of the flavors. My favorite flavor is darkest chocolate. I always get it whenever I visit. I went during the daytime and there was no wait. I'm sure it's busier in the evening. Can't wait to go back to try something different!

Jeni’s is always a solid choice but right now their seasonal flavor snow cone is positively addicting!! It’s SO good. We went back for a few more pints this weekend. Love all of their other vegan flavors as well.

Way overrated ice cream shop!

A lot of flavors, but lack of good flavors. Plenty of other places can do better than Jeni's at this time.

It looks something changed, since, before, Ice creams here were less sweet and more flavorish.

Perhaps it was no good idea to open many locations and compromising the quality/flavor.

Ice Cream Shop. Tried the Crazy Snow Cone Sorbet. Comes with a flavoured ice scoop and flavoured gelato in a savoury home baked double layer cone biscuit that makes the combo fabulous.

This Jeni’s Ice Cream really is the best of all of the locations. The associate Anne was very kind and helpful and talking me through the app and how to get rewards. My favorite flavor is honey vanilla really a good match for the taste buds.
