Actually the best ice cream ever!! The Coffee one omgggg and the nicest employees!
We love this ice cream! The lady at the counter was super nice too!
I love Jeni's Ice Cream. You can try as many free samples as you want. The employees are nice and respectful. They can handle big crowds in a orderly fashion. There is seating at the top not much but its something. Parking is quite difficult especially on the weekends but that expected because of their location
Love the smell from the street! Great Gluten Free options.
Highly recommend this ice cream spot! I think they should have a bigger variety of flavors but the ones they have are very good! And there a little pricey around $8 for 3 little scoops
Chicago best ice cream
Relatively small selection of flavors, but the 4 we tried were absolutely outstanding! The Burnt Orange Dreamsicle was the best, in my opinion, but the Brambleberry was a close second. They all were creamy and delicious, definitely worth a visit!
It was okay. The staff were so friendly, but the ice cream was mid. Not very creamy or flavorful sadly :(

A popular place but with Limited flavours but a nice place to stop by! Liked their peanut butter one ! Henri was v attentive and helpful! Tip: Take half and half and go easy on the calories!

Amazing ice cream
One of the best ice cream places, creamy and falvourful.
People working were fast, friendly, and efficient. I'd visit again when back in town. Also lived the hours of operation.
Our first time at Jeni’s was so yummy!
Bad service tonight. Waited with no acknowledgment at all. Another customer comes in after I was waiting for about 8 minutes and instantly recieved serviced. There were 5 associates behind and not one asked if they could assist. Do better next time for all customers.
