People working were fast, friendly, and efficient. I'd visit again when back in town. Also lived the hours of operation.
Our first time at Jeni’s was so yummy!
Bad service tonight. Waited with no acknowledgment at all. Another customer comes in after I was waiting for about 8 minutes and instantly recieved serviced. There were 5 associates behind and not one asked if they could assist. Do better next time for all customers.
Too much brambleberry, too little crisp
This is truly splendid artisan ice cream shop! The ingredients are very high quality and the taste is divine. The staff is very kind and pleasant; and they will let you try flavors before you make up your mind.

Everything is soooo good!
Absolutely delicious!! So good. My wife and I stopped in here after dinner and man! We had their Gooey butter cake in their inshop made waffle bowl. Super amazing, probably the best ice cream seriously I have ever had. Highly recommend this place and the ice creams they serve! Will be back

Best ice cream in the world! Service is super friendly and generous with samples before you order. Brambleberry crisp is worth going out of your way for.
