I brought a slice of a coconut cake to take home. I think the cake was OLD and poorly baked. It was very dried, dense, and oddly spongy. Waste of $9.75. I will never go back to this place. Don’t let the colorful cup cakes and huge cakes fool you. all show and no substance

I’m not a big fan of cakes generally, but Jennivee’s cakes are fantastic. They’re moist, flavorful, but not overly sweet. There’s a good balance and delicateness to the frosting. Great dessert place added to the neighborhood, and it’s a quaint space. Look forward to them sticking around a long time.

I really used to love this place but my most recent visit was kinda disappointing. I had the scarlet cupcake which was very dry and hard, the cream cheese frosting barely tasted like anything. The week before I tried the scarlet slice and it was also flavorless and dry. I’m not sure what changes they made to the frosting but it’s absolutely disgusting in texture. I also took a strawberry slice home and the cake was dry along with the frosting being grainy which is a big no no. The only cakes that seem to good is the chocolate since the Ferrero slice was actually good and had flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

An elegant spacious bakery in a safe neighborhood. Cakes and cupcakes are beautiful!!! The frostings are delicious. Street parking was a bit challenging. It has bathrooms available for customers. Staff is very friendly.
Women owned, LGBTQ+ friendly, and awesome atmosphere & baked goods! What more could you want. Red velvet cupcake was super yummy, and chocolate cake was alluring. Recommend this place for baked good needs!

Been wanting to check this place for a while and glad I did! The place inside is very clean and well decorated! Lots of seating! I ordered an iced coffee and had the ube cupxake- very good! It wasn’t too sweet which was perfect for my taste! I plan on coming back to try their other cupcakes.

I love cupcakes!! They are my favorite dessert, chocolate with buttercream frosting is my favorite. I purchased 6 cupcakes and one banana chocolate chip muffin. The muffin was amazing. The best I have had hands down. It was moist and had just the right combination of banana and chocolate chips. Unfortunately I was not happy with the cupcakes. I purchased 2 funfetti, 2 tuxedo (I think this is what they were called but it was the chocolate cupcake with white frosting) 1 lemon and 1 pistachio raspberry. I absolutely loved the chocolate cupcake - super moist and great taste however I did not like the frosting one bit, it tasted like crisco. My granddaughter had the other chocolate cupcake and she took all the frosting off of hers. The funfetti was very dry, the taste was bland and the frosting was so-so. I absolutely loved the raspberry frosting on the pistachio but that was it. The cupcake itself was dense and tasteless. I cannot speak to the lemon cupcake because I ended up tossing it. As a visitor from out of town I went off of reviews when I picked a place to get a cupcake but I think next time I will ask the locals. I am so sad that not one cupcake was great and I hate that I wasted money.
