Yum. I found the Chinese Red Peanut Tofu Salad in a Fresh Thyme near Pittsburgh. I used it in a stir fry with broccoli and served over rice. I eat more processed vegan products than I care to admit, so it feels good to make a natural choice like this. And 15 grams of protein per serving. Thanks.

Terrifically tasty tofu! Getting from a local business is a plus. I live in the neighborhood and it’s fun to walk buy the factory and see tofu and soybeans in various stages of tofu making. Yum!
