Uber eats order i had a a 1/2 of chicken dark rice beans mac cabbage plantains the plantains were good not that sweet the rice was plain in hard the cabbage wasnt good the chicken was okay pretty bland dry the Mac was cold in water at the bottom my pop was missing n 2 pieces of chicken no bread sauce was used im guessing the uber driver ate some or something but idk rice was all over the bag

Highly upset to spend 131 dollars all for a whole meal to be missing today. Can't call the restaurant because the number not working for some reason. Last time I ordered i didn't get my jerk sauce and bread, then another time. Maybe its time for a new system have a person checking the order only because these meal cost too much for this to be happening.

Waited nearly an hour for jerk chicken at Jerk 48 and ended up late to a performance because of it. The food might be decent when youâre not on a schedule, but the timing and organization were rough. The service felt dismissive and unprofessional, and there wasnât much communication about how long the wait would actually be.
I understand small spots get busy, but an hour for a simple order without clear updates isnât reasonable. If youâre in a rush, this probably isnât the place. Hoping they can tighten up their service and customer communication.
