Food was so good especially at 12:00Am on DoorDash .. I really didn’t like the macaroni but I did like chicken & Jamican patty which is all I had ordered.

I have been here a total of 4 times and every time it is a hit ! I usually don’t do reviews but when something is good I definitely support I usually stop and get a donut at Dat Donut and then I walk down and grab some jerk, the location and atmosphere I would only stop during the daytime but as far as the food it is reasonably priced, the portions are large, the jerk chick is really good so is the rice and peas very soft and cabbage, the Mac and Cheese I will say is bland and it is a 3$ up charge lately they have not had any plantains which is a disappointment but I will say if you want some good authentic jerk food try Jerk it iz.

This is a nightmare from hell cashier cancelled my order because it is obvious she did not finish 2 nd grade in Jamaica disrespectful and now I am out my money asked the idiot how come it did not offer option for sides strays cancel it and reorder cause she can’t cancel next thing I know she cancelled it…door dash say 5-6 day for refund…

I ordered a half dark w one beef patty. The chicken was average but tasteful. The beef Patty was thrown in the microwave and I could tell. The picture says it all. Very hard on the edges and mushy in the middle. Not how a beef patty should be served.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Jerkitiz if anything when I’m I town this is my GO TO SPOT. But unfortunately I received my order ate almost the whole thing to look down and see a little worm creature in my food I kept thinking over and over again is this really a worm in my food ugh tried to contact restaurant it was no response and the food was so good like maybe they didn’t clean the cabbage good or something because I did have cabbage but still A WORM is crazyyyyyyy

The fried chicken breast was not done I was so made like who can't cook chicken and I got a jerk chicken meal never again didn't test like jerk and there beef patties nasty 🤢 I don't recommend this place

I usually don't post but I should have never gone here to get food. The food was good but Lisa was extremely unprofessional and needed a day off or an extended break. It was my first time in the restaurant so I needed a little grace and she raised her voice at me because I changed some of my food choices. My gut instinct told me to go to Tropical Island Jerk, which is down the street and now I know better. You all lost a potential customer because of bad customer service.

Love a place where they don’t include rice & peas as a side , overall good plate jerk white. The jerk sauce could’ve been hotter actually but good 7/10

Me and my boyfriend ordered from this restaurant last night off of DoorDash. The food was OK. It was very bland. We are very big on jerk food as for our best friend actually owns a restaurant for jerk. Their store was temporarily closed for remodeling so we ordered here instead . first red flag was the location does not serve mac & cheese like what jerk restaurant does not serve mac & cheese as one of the side of a plate. The second red flag was the ox tails were full of fat no meat this also came with no sides just a small bowl
Of ox tails with one carrot and two small beans .we received it ….barely ate it . Again we love jerk and have tried other restaurants and when we eat either the entire plate is eaten or the majority of it ! This plate was shared by my boyfriend and I and half of the plate is still left over . the bag of food was placed on the dresser so it could be disposed Of before we go to bed, but we fell asleep before doing so. We forgot to throw it away because we weren’t saving it .wakin up
This morning we smell something not sure what it was we a strong spoiled And it was indeed at the bag that was on the dresser it smells absolutely horrible. It smells like this bag has been in my room for months in a very hot atmosphere which it has not, I am so upset that I ate this food last night and to think that I had put this food in my body after the way that it smells the following morning would not recommend would not eat here again.

I ordered the oxtails thst came with rice and beans. Added yams, string beans and Mac and cheese. The oxtails and rice were good and properly seasoned. The string beans were good. The Mac and yams were horrible . Mac was dry and the yams had to much sugar and was not cooked all the way through. I’m big on sides so that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars. And I had to pay extra because the the yams and Mac are included in the sides and it’s not worth it.
