Jerk Taco Man Caribbean BBQ

I ordered a jerked catfish taco and the fish was raw my chicken from my jered chicken dinner still had blood in it and the jerked chicken eggrolls were not so tasty if i could give u zero stars thats exactly what u would get the one on the westside food is much better

Customer service was terrible!! The staff playing around, and chatting with each other instead of prepping food! Had to wait a while even though it was only 2 ahead of me who also waited a while!! I hope the owners see this and talk to his/her staff about how far good customer service go!!! The food was tasty!

Portions are ridiculously small for the price. The meat was super dry. The mac & cheese and yams were not good at all. Ended up wasting my money.

Feedback for Their food truck. its scamming people by giving small portions and charging too much. The picture shows $10 chicken link and fries for and $7 rice and beans. These guys are posted in front of Pullman wallmart. Definitely worth booting out. Your a ripoff. A mega size of frosted flakes is 7$.

Customer service is horrible. It actually seizes to exist. The jerk chicken pasta was regular Alfredo topped with jerk chicken. As opposed to an actual jerk chicken pasta. The Texas toast garlic bread was $2 extra?? I mean for $18 I can’t get bread with my pasta? And it was soggy. The lady at the register handed my order to another person who couldn’t hear her whispering names. They have no soda besides some brands I’ve never heard of. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy this kind of dining experience. My order was $20 for a small pasta and bread. The $4 tacos are about the size of a cd and barely got chicken. I don’t think it was the management because they have “new management” plastered all over. They should go recruit an experienced manager to run the show. I’ll just wait til I get back to Houston and go to Cool Runnings. The place was literally trash. Horrible service and subpar food. It’s a cash grab, they don’t care about anything but their next dollar.

Poor customer service, long wait to take my order only about 3 people in line. I have eaten here before, and it was good but the last time I order jerk taco it tasted back may it was old meat or something whatever it was I couldn't eat it, just a waste last time I will eat there. I think maybe the Westside restaurant maybe better.

The oxtails they was terrible. You would’ve thought that they was cooked for like about 20 hours. I spent $70 in there and I was very disappointed my first time ever being disappointed from there, but I would never go back again. but when I spoke to the manager, the manager was very nice and polite, but the customer service was terrible from the employee not the young lady the cashier but the cook 

I was charged for a full salad, with everything. I got home… No eggs, no cilantro, no onions. It was packaged in plastic wrap. What I did get was a long strand of hair. This ain’t okay. The woman taking orders was very nice, but understand, you gotta be reported

The girl at the window had no idea what they sold and didn't. She didn't even have a basic familiarity with Jamaican cuisine. You can put up Jamaican flags and have Jamaican and Grace drinks, but be "Jamaican" in no other way, and call yourself "Jamaican"? It's about as Jamaican as Taco Bell is Mexican. Not bad food. Just not Jamaican

I ordered a Giant jerk chicken egg roll. It was the worst egg roll I've had in my life. If I could have scored it a negative 200. I would have. Giving 1 star is too much. It wasnt even edible. First off it was severely over cooked on the outside and inside. Too hard and crunchy to eat. I opened it up to find no meat in it just super hard crunchy dark rice, cabbage and beans. Paid damn near $9 and couldnt eat a lick of it. Super upset to waste my money. Never again!!!!!!!

I ordered a steak taco an they gave me chicken

I went to the location on 77th. I ordered a single shrimp taco and the shrimp was raw. I brought it back inside, he remade it without complaint but it was still subpar. He then offered me a side of beans and rice (non-Jamaican)which were terrible. The cabbage was overcooked. I was a regular patron 5 years ago, it's terrible how bad the food is now. Someone with authority came in as I was leaving and she was outraged, but it was too late for me.

I ordered 2 of the jerk chicken egg rolls and the lamb egg roll they were fried so hard that the inside of the egg roll dried out absolutely unacceptable then your only way to contact someone is to text a complaint to the restaurant phone number how unprofessional is that definitely will not be returning horrible service ?????

A little expensive I paid $30 for five wings and two tacos and then he was at the funny when I ask for sauce and bread
