Jerk Taco Man Caribbean BBQ

The Caribbean Jerk Man has some of the best jerk chicken I’ve had in the city — full of flavor, tender, and cooked just right. The portions were generous, and the sides complemented the meal perfectly. The service was friendly, though the wait time was a little longer than expected, which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

Overall, the food is absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Caribbean flavors!

Ordered a LARGE white chicken dinner which comes with 3 sides. I was missing a side, it looks like someone ate the food already; cabbage looks old/overcooked, bread is soggy. Never again. Ordered through GrubHub.

Teaser JERK Chicken Tips were very good.Missing Jerk Chicken Taco but received some type of Alfredo instead, and I do not like Alfredo. and I will give it to someone who likes it. Door dash refunded taco price but nothing extra. Food had been mediocre lately and service is still slow (as usual). Definitely not like it used to be and most of the time my order is wrong, pickup and/or delivery.

I don't get a chance to get by there often but the times I was able to get there the food was delicious. Went there last night. Got a large taco steak and three steak tacos. They were so spicy. Almost unedible. I added rice to it to help soften. The spiciness didn't work so I feel that my $29 was a waste. Could not eat. It could not finish it

Definitely worth the hype 🔥 I ordered the jerk chicken burrito bowl with a lemonade. Large portion for a reasonable price & it was delicious. Wait time was about 10 minutes. I didn’t visit the store front, but had the pleasure of ordering from their food truck.

Used to be my favorite. Was there about 50 hours ago and got food poisoning for sure. Every time I ate a portion of the food I was on the toilet doin bad. The last time I thought I was gone croak. As I waited for my food I wanted to say nvm because the food table didn't look like anyway was practicing safe food handling. The workers were young and look like they were touching everything with them black gloves. The chicken didn't taste the same ...not sure if it's lab grown or just spoiled. No flavor just hot. Never used to taste like it did Wednesday evening. I'm so over eating anywhere but home.

I really enjoy this location. The food is always delicious and the customer service is wonderful. I came in today and was treated so amazing. Thanks to the staff and the man who took care of my order. Also, the tropical punch is so fye you’ll buy two of them. I’ll always be a returning customer for the jerk chicken tips-Tee

Food was great! Tried the Jerk Chicken taco and Steak taco. Had the Jerk sauce on the side. Everything else on them. Very delicious and filling! I'd do something about that entrance. It has some kind of weird ramp, and some bolts sticking out from the ground next to it. Someone not care will get hurt.

I’ve been here a couple times it’s honestly one of my favorite but what the helly has happened like the attitude u get use to that but that has happened to the food I had to add seasoning to my taco’s and the cilantro and onions lol still had the dry skin around it and if I wanted to eat the stems of cilantro I’d eat a salad or something but they fell off in my opinion and being from Iowa I’ve had it better from my own grill u won’t get my dollars no mo

Why do we keep giving this place business? Ask yourself! No respect! No good service! No accountability for mistakes! No refund if you’re waiting over an hour 1/2. Nothing! I won’t be spending money here anymore! This was my last draw.
