Let me start by saying the owner or manager was polite and courteous, however some menu items were not available. I ordered a half dark jerk with cabbage and yams. I received no bread with meal the cabbage was untender and unseasoned. The beans and rice were not seasoned or fully cooked and they were semi sweet, maybe canned beans, and they were soupy.The yams seemed canned as well. The chicken was plain in taste when I attempted to use jerk sauce to help it out I discovered it was like a barbecue sauce instead of jerk sauce. I thought I found a new neighborhood gem unfortunately not. The cashier did not really know what they had available either it seemed to be funny. I see why after receiving food.

First off, I didn't even try the food, but from the service and establishment, I'm sure it wouldn't be any better.I pulled up outside the location and called my order in at 7:15 for a 1/2 chicken and 3 small sides. Over the phone told me 25 minutes. They didn't complete that time frame, I WAITED AN HOUR 8:15+ ?while i saw other orders come out, so they offered me a courtesy Beverage to wait additional time smh ??♂️ So I simply just returned the drink and didn't even wanna support this business ? ??? taking my money somewhere else who cares about Makin customers happy when your hungry and Erk my soul ?

i thought i was going to get some good food! The cabbage need some serious seasoning! The piece of salmon is small n the shrimp was over cooked! the rice don’t taste like no type of Jamaican made it! 2/10 i will not recommend! Sorry but i’m mad cuz we spend damn near 45 dollars on this stuff! and the sauce not good…..had to come back and edit!SN: your customer service was awesome and i wish a lot of other restaurants develop the type of hospitality you gave! MY ENERGY WASNT OFF WHEN I WALKED IN TY! I WANNA SEE ALL BLACK MEN BECAUSE IM RAISING ONE! this is a public review! I don’t personally know you either! If the food wasn’t good then it wasn’t good! I usually be scared to try Alfredo from jerk spots due to it being very oily. This Alfredo was so good and spicy ! Customer service was great! I was very comfortable ordering. 10/10

Love this place! Stopped in again and they did not disappoint! Mac and cheese was FIRE! It was real, baked mac and cheese, not boxed. I go to so many jerk spots that have bland sides with box macaroni. The jerk chicken and catfish was off the chain!! The wait wasnt long at all (30 mins), especially walking in and ordering 3 dinners. I have no pics because I didn't think of this review until after I scoffed it down, lol. I do recommend and I will be back! #Blackowned #Beverlybusiness
