Jersey Mike's Subs in Chicago

“I used DoorDash to have sandwiches delivered to family in Chicago. I’m currently in South Carolina. I needed to have the vinegar and oil separate, not on sandwiches. There is no option on the DoorDash ordering app for this request. I decided to directly reach out to the Jersey Mike's store on Fullerton to request my delivery order. I spoke with someone who could not have been nicer and more accommodating to my request. He stated that he’s got me on the request. When delivery was made, the store employee did have my back on separate vinegar and oil containers. This store does not offer packets like some sandwich shops, but it did not stop this employee from satisfying a request from the customer. Thank you for going the extra mile for my request. I will be spending my money at this Jersey Mike's location for all future orders, which are frequent. It’s the small things that people do that are the most profound.“

“I ordered an Italian dub on DoorDash. Picked it up but when I got home it was a turkey sub. It was delicious.
I called the store and spoke with Geneva. She apologized and will have an Italian waiting for me tomorrow !

“Subs are always consistent high quality. We order from here regularly. On our last order they forgot to add the chips that were paid for in advanced. I called to point this out and received an exemplary response. The associate that answered my call quickly was apologetic and without me asking immediately switched me to the manager. Without any hassle he offered a credit and promised a coupon on our next order. This was not necessary but appreciated. This location has set a high bar for customer service. I suspect their other locations perform as well. We are very satisfied customers for both their products and service. The app could not be easier. Thanks!“

“First time in Jersey mikes big guy kinda gave me a worry not going to lie but as soon as he started talking to me walking me thru the Jersey mikes experience I was hooked line N sinker. Lol . About a week ago came in and he gave me the best experience while also handling the two other customers behind me with the same great attitude this kid is frightening at first with his size and blank stares at first until you fully come inside the restaurant and he greets you like your the most important person he’s seen all day don’t remember his name but he’s the bigger guy asked me to leave a review about his service and I can say it was very much a great experience wasn’t to happy about pricing but he also insured me I’m paying for quality and man was that number 42 one of the best Philly chickens I’ve had in a while keep up the good work kid and smile a little more“

“I stopped in today for lunch and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and they put a smile on my face. There was a staff member with a red bandana who just made my whole day. I wish I had gotten their name. They made my sandwich which was of course delicious. But they made the whole experience that much better. Thanks for the smiles and yummy food! I got the Classic Italian and I def recommend!“

“Jersey Mike’s always hits the spot when you’re craving a solid sub. Stopped by for lunch and got the #13 Original Italian (regular size) “Mike’s Way” with extra pickles and a fountain drink—came out to about $13. The bread was fresh, the meats were sliced right in front of me, and that vinegar/oil combo just brings it all together. Service was fast, even during the lunch rush, and the staff was super friendly. The place was clean with plenty of seating, which is a win for a downtown spot. Definitely my go-to when I need a quick, good sandwich!“

“Good things first. The staff is very friendly. When I went in the line was to the door. When it was my turn to order they took it with a smile. I love how Jersey Mike's slices their meat and cheese. It makes it feel extra fresh. I got the #8 The Club Sub. It has turkey, ham, bacon and provolone cheese. I added lettuce and mayonnaise. I bought my sandwich and went and sat down at one of their tables. I went to eat and already my bread was soggy. The meat was dripping with water. I just tore the piece of bread that was soggy off. The rest of the sandwich was good it just had a wet texture. They have Pepsi products.“

“I never had Jersey Mike's before, but my husband and I ordered to-go from this location and it was delicious! Honestly I was shocked. I've had Jimmy John’s before and expected similar quality, but this tasted so much better over all! The veggies were fresh, I really liked the sauce on mine, and there was a lot more meat than I expected. 10/10 will be coming back!“
