Been to many different Jersey mikes all good experiences. Seems like everyone working here hates there job. All had attitudes.

Worst jersey mikes location anywhere. Ordered online, showed up half an hour later (app said it was ready 10 minutes prior but I gave it extra time bc I didn’t want to wait), brought my 4 year old with me. I told the brunette woman with neck tattoos at the register that I was there for a pickup and gave my name. She found my order printed out on their board, then simply said “I can’t make this.” No explanation. I said “what?” Again, just I can’t make this. I asked why they hadn’t cancelled the order so I didn’t walk all the way to the restaurant with my kid to pick it up. She said they can’t do that and I need to figure it out with the ordering app. I told her they’d already charged my credit card and the app said it was ready for pickup, and that she needed to cancel the order if they couldn’t make it, otherwise they had just committed credit card fraud for charging my card without any intention of giving me the product I ordered. She said that wasn’t right. Maybe she’s a lawyer? Anyway, there’s more, she was super rude, but suffice it to say it’s the last time I’m ever going to this absolutely abysmal location.

Had an order where the sandwiches were more bread and lettuce than anything else, the portion size for meat and cheese seems to have gone way down. How unfortunate...

I have had many sandwiches from Jerseys Mike, and they have been excellent.
Recently we had, tuna and cheese steak sandwiches the first thing we noticed was the small amount of meat on both.
I hope this was a one time issue and not a new way of business.

The worst service ever the customer.

Ordered my usual blt and the girl making sandwich thought 3 pieces of bacon was enough for a $11 sandwich… I ended up with 5 pieces after I had to question if that’s how the sandwich was supposed to be. Isn’t there a standard of how much you’re supposed to generally put on the sandwiches? I’ve ordered from Jersey Mike’s before and never have I ever been disappointed with the quantity until now lol

I've been to other Jersey Mike's and their customer service and sandwiches were superb, however at this location I wasn't asked what kind of bread I want, what size, and my sandwich was missing ingredients. The staff isn't very friendly or outgoing which negatively effects the atmosphere. I'm disappointed in the food and I'm disappointed in myself for giving gratuity before I ate my food.

Extremely slow workers, they make customers wait for “n” number of minutes, they say it just takes a few more minutes and make it almost an hour to just make a sub???
I have been to other jerseys as well and they are quick , both with their work and the service, these people don’t even have the basic audacity to atleast communicate politely.

Good things first. The staff is very friendly. When I went in the line was to the door. When it was my turn to order they took it with a smile. I love how Jersey Mike's slices their meat and cheese. It makes it feel extra fresh. I got the #8 The Club Sub. It has turkey, ham, bacon and provolone cheese. I added lettuce and mayonnaise. I bought my sandwich and went and sat down at one of their tables. I went to eat and already my bread was soggy. The meat was dripping with water. I just tore the piece of bread that was soggy off. The rest of the sandwich was good it just had a wet texture. They have Pepsi products.

Deducting two stars because their app rewards are a pathetic joke. Spend $10 on a medium sub and one day you might get a child-sized snack as a reward, lol. Try offering better perks to your regulars, guys, since your prices are nuts.

Original review:
Yes, the area is a nightmare for parking. C'est la vie, it's a local sub shop. Park someplace and walk. The service is slow, no doubt about it, so don't come here if you're in a rush. Ordering way ahead online only helps a little, so plan accordingly.

So why bother, you ask? Because these are, hands down, the best subs I've ever had, and I've tried them all, in multiple states. Every single time, the bread is perfect, the ingredients are fresh, the flavors are incredible and while it's pricey, isn't everything these days? It's fresh, delicious, perfect every time and well worth the kerfuffle if you care about quality and freshness. I do, so we go often.

I can't rave enough about the ham and provolone on rosemary bread with honey mustard. The perfect collision of savory and sweet. The turkey and provolone is delicious as well. So treat yourself, but remember it's not a drive through and it is not fast food. Just fresh and really, really good. I'll wait for that anytime.
