What a disgrace! Just ordered this #12 Cancro Special and it comes with only 1 slice of beef on it. There's more lettuce than beef on this pathetic attempt of a Jersey sub.

My first trip to a Jersey Mike’s! So pumped that they have gluten-free bread for these amazing sandwiches. GF GOODNESS right here! with the amount of goodies they put on these sandwiches, it’s definitely worth the price tab. In addition to that, they explain that their meat of high grade, the staff was amazing this way.Dietary restrictions: GF BREAD AVAILABLE!

Came to pick up an order but because they had a party sized over in front of me I told me that I had to wait or I can go somewhere else. I will never return to this location again it is the worst. I wish to add that the tall white gentleman employee stepped up and said I will take care of you. Two other girls there told him not to worry about it but he did it anyway. Love, love, love their sandwiches! They are truly what a sub sandwich is supposed to be. A hardy sandwich that has all the perfect ingredients. I just finished the Turkey with Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan bread made Mike's way. Sooo good. Oops sorry no pics, I hate it already!

I have been coming since the Fairview Heights location opened up on a recommendation and I don't plan on stopping. The food is delicious and the employees are very friendly!!

Well it's better than Subway which isn't hard to do.Sandwich isn't big enough for the price.
Took 30 minutes (my entire lunch break) for my order (1 sandwich), the guy on the grill in the back just had orders piled up and was taking his sweet time making them. Could tell a lot of customers were frustrated.. all the other workers seemed clueless. Clearly by the recent reviews this management isn't good, won't be coming to this location again and wouldn't recommend it unless you have an hour to waste I mean wait for a sandwich

Just bought a takeout 10 mins ago and the guy at the counter was super rude. He refused to take my order when there is no ine else in line, made me wait 10 mins without saying a word. When I said I'd like to order, he just pretended like I didn't exist!

After a long long line to then be told that we are out of roast beef and no more hot sandwiches are turkey left over the 25 people behind me were quite pissed off your sandwiches will never make it in the city of eau Claire Wisconsin Jimmy John's got that set up do you guys drug test. If not you certainly should I ate at the LAX airport it was the worst sandwich that I had ever paid $35 for two sandwiches the people staff members there were so lost dazed and confused even the manager walked away to go on break at all. You definitely need to drug test your staff members.
