I'm trying to understand how I ordered my sandwich and chips online at 8:39am to be picked up at 11;30am (my lunch time) for my order to be completely incorrect!! I order tuna sub with bacon and cheese and dill pickles on the side with jalapeno Vicky chips. get back to my desk sea salt and vinegar chips (disgusting) so I went back up there and receive the correct chips. I should have checked my sandwich before going up there for a second time, but I figure they always get my sandwich right...wrong!! get back to my desk again and about to devour my food and what to my surprise no Bacon ($2.30) No cheese ($1.70). the total for my food was $18.16 for them to have the order hours before picking up and they still didn't get ANYTHING RIGHT!! now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund! Jersey Mikes DO BETTER!! PLUS, I missed my lunch!

I had a very disappointing experience at this jersey mikes due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of one employee, Jantelle. I’m not entirely sure if she gave me the correct name but she was an African American staff member. She had a demeaning manner, including yelling at me with a tone like I was her dog.
What made this situation even worse was that the other staff members were clearly aware of her attitude yet chose to do nothing to address it. Their silence and inaction only added to the negative experience, leaving me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. If I was her manager I’d consider letting her go as it ruined my night.

The brown complexion skinned short lady manager was snarky and attitude the time with vulgar music playing over the loud speaker. She refused to cut my sandwich in half because the bread knife couldn’t touch meat right after she cut thru my sandwich with the same knife that had meat on it which made no sense. Will be contacting jersey mikes to investigate.

I’ve just recently started ordering from this location and when the manager is there the service is EXQUISITE! When she isn’t it’s TERRIBLE! I placed an order for pickup and got there a little early and I had one guy with a sponge cut tell me that It’ll be right out. As I sat for 15mins listening to the workers talk about their favorite restaurants, my food was sitting in the back on their pick up table when they could’ve just given me my food! I came in today and I placed another order for pick up. I walked in and stood at the register and wasn’t acknowledged AT ALL! They actually welcomed the customers who came in AFTER me and asked them if they had a pick up order as if I didn’t even exist! After the guy with locs seen the concern on my face, he then asked if I had a pick up order. The young girl with braids to the back is VERY RUDE and doesn’t have a sense of urgency! You can’t be MAD at me because YOU ignored and made me wait on an order that was already ready! I’ll be in to speak with the manager as well!

It was busy, staff looked stressed, but Jada was the glue holding everything together. She was managing the team well. Not sure if that’s her role or if she just stepped up. But she was great. Loud and clear communication with both her team and the customers. Greeting everyone that walked in the door as well.

As far as Jersey Mike's goes, it was an all around great experience. No line and the cooked my sub to perfection, and dang quickly. Very friendly crew, clean seating area!

Usually this location is good but today 5/23/24 I placed online order and said would be ready at 12:39 but came out alot later. I understand they are busy but other people who came in an ordered got there food before me and the manger apologized and said yours is next and they next few orders still weren't my order... offered a free fountain drink but I declined I don't drink soda just wanted my food in a timely matter.

Don't eat here unless you want to get robbed by the staff, I ordered a sandwich which came out to $9.90, and I declined to tip, the employee at the register hit a whole bunch of buttons after I declined my receipt, and I checked my bank account and they took out $11.70. They will have no problem stealing from customers while skimping out on the toppings.
