I stopped in for a quick sandwich and wanted to wash my hands in the bathroom. I was told that there are no public restrooms. How do you run a restaurant and not have a restroom for your customers? I walked out of the store. There are plenty of places in Chicago to get a lousy sandwich. Adios Jersey Mike’s.

I never had Jersey Mike's before, but my husband and I ordered to-go from this location and it was delicious! Honestly I was shocked. I've had Jimmy John’s before and expected similar quality, but this tasted so much better over all! The veggies were fresh, I really liked the sauce on mine, and there was a lot more meat than I expected. 10/10 will be coming back!

Came in on a rainy day just to end up leaving as i couldn’t sit down/dine in. Overheard an employee share that this decision was made by corporate. Not sure why they don’t want customers eat in the dining room but if that’s the case i will be taking business elsewhere.

Bad service, rude cashier (guy with glasses) and they all look so depressed being there. They literally Never smile or say thank you and I hate ordering in Person because they use lingo that i don’t understand. Never going to this location again and don’t recommend it. My sandwich was a 1/10.

I have been a regular visitor of this jersey mikes for several years as I live right nearby. On one of my first few times coming I was having a terrible day— and the young lady who was working made me my sandwich and was kind despite my upset and raging about MY day. She didn’t need to be nice, wasn’t required to be kind, but her empathy showed through. I remember being a starving, crying mess, and while I probably embarrassed myself, I also was very vulnerable from a terrible experience earlier in that day at work. She was so reassuring and I kept coming back and would often see her.
You never know what kind of day someone is having: so always check in. Check in on these workers too— because they put up with a lot of crap for some sandwiches. People’s expectation and entitlement is a lot to take, and especially so in food and service. The staff here, especially that young woman, radiates goodness, which is rare. Be kind to them. They deserve it.
Alexis, thank you for your kindness that day and for remembering me every time. I know I’m memorable and not always in a good way— but I always hoped I’d see you when I came to jersey mikes, and when I did I hoped I expressed my continued gratitude for that day and all the others that came after. Thank you to you and all the other kind people who remembered my face after all these years and staff changes. Thank you!
I'm trying to understand how I ordered my sandwich and chips online at 8:39am to be picked up at 11;30am (my lunch time) for my order to be completely incorrect!! I order tuna sub with bacon and cheese and dill pickles on the side with jalapeno Vicky chips. get back to my desk sea salt and vinegar chips (disgusting) so I went back up there and receive the correct chips. I should have checked my sandwich before going up there for a second time, but I figure they always get my sandwich right...wrong!! get back to my desk again and about to devour my food and what to my surprise no Bacon ($2.30) No cheese ($1.70). the total for my food was $18.16 for them to have the order hours before picking up and they still didn't get ANYTHING RIGHT!! now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund! Jersey Mikes DO BETTER!! PLUS, I missed my lunch!

I had a very disappointing experience at this jersey mikes due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of one employee, Jantelle. I’m not entirely sure if she gave me the correct name but she was an African American staff member. She had a demeaning manner, including yelling at me with a tone like I was her dog.
What made this situation even worse was that the other staff members were clearly aware of her attitude yet chose to do nothing to address it. Their silence and inaction only added to the negative experience, leaving me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. If I was her manager I’d consider letting her go as it ruined my night.

The brown complexion skinned short lady manager was snarky and attitude the time with vulgar music playing over the loud speaker. She refused to cut my sandwich in half because the bread knife couldn’t touch meat right after she cut thru my sandwich with the same knife that had meat on it which made no sense. Will be contacting jersey mikes to investigate.

She refused to cut my sandwich in half because the bread knife couldn’t touch meat right after she cut thru my sandwich with the same knife that had meat on it which made no sense. Will be contacting jersey mikes to investigate.

I’ve just recently started ordering from this location and when the manager is there the service is EXQUISITE! When she isn’t it’s TERRIBLE! I placed an order for pickup and got there a little early and I had one guy with a sponge cut tell me that It’ll be right out. As I sat for 15mins listening to the workers talk about their favorite restaurants, my food was sitting in the back on their pick up table when they could’ve just given me my food! I came in today and I placed another order for pick up. I walked in and stood at the register and wasn’t acknowledged AT ALL! They actually welcomed the customers who came in AFTER me and asked them if they had a pick up order as if I didn’t even exist! After the guy with locs seen the concern on my face, he then asked if I had a pick up order. The young girl with braids to the back is VERY RUDE and doesn’t have a sense of urgency! You can’t be MAD at me because YOU ignored and made me wait on an order that was already ready! I’ll be in to speak with the manager as well!
