Incredibly rude and unhelpful workers at the front. Stares at customers with straight face and was very rude to another customer who accidentally came into the wrong store, saying “Are you in the right place?? Read my hat!” while she pointed at her jersey mikes hat.

This location has the best staff ever. Even during busy lunch hours, they work hard to ensure everything is on time, the food is consistently excellent, and the seating areas are clean and tidy. I can't give enough credit to the team that makes it all possible. This is the best Jersey Mike's in the city!

5* - this Jersey Mikes is incredibly well run. Sandwich was phenomenal. I found the staff to be perfectly polite. Great option for lunch / dinner.
I stopped in for a quick sandwich and wanted to wash my hands in the bathroom. I was told that there are no public restrooms. How do you run a restaurant and not have a restroom for your customers? I walked out of the store. There are plenty of places in Chicago to get a lousy sandwich. Adios Jersey Mike’s.

I never had Jersey Mike's before, but my husband and I ordered to-go from this location and it was delicious! Honestly I was shocked. I've had Jimmy John’s before and expected similar quality, but this tasted so much better over all! The veggies were fresh, I really liked the sauce on mine, and there was a lot more meat than I expected. 10/10 will be coming back!

Came in on a rainy day just to end up leaving as i couldn’t sit down/dine in. Overheard an employee share that this decision was made by corporate. Not sure why they don’t want customers eat in the dining room but if that’s the case i will be taking business elsewhere.

Bad service, rude cashier (guy with glasses) and they all look so depressed being there. They literally Never smile or say thank you and I hate ordering in Person because they use lingo that i don’t understand. Never going to this location again and don’t recommend it. My sandwich was a 1/10.
