Don't eat here unless you want to get robbed by the staff, I ordered a sandwich which came out to $9.90, and I declined to tip, the employee at the register hit a whole bunch of buttons after I declined my receipt, and I checked my bank account and they took out $11.70. They will have no problem stealing from customers while skimping out on the toppings.

This is the worst food experience! I went in to order a sandwich and the manager and employees were acting like they didn’t know what to do. I was asking about my sandwich and they were rude and short with me. The lady told me after I paid for my food to wait in the lobby. I’m confused because we are in a restaurant and there is no lobby ??♀️There was no one in the restaurant and they were acting like they didn’t know which way was up ? please don’t come here because the staff and manager there is slow and rude

Located in the shopping plaza off US60, Jersey Mike's is a great addition to our neighborhood. The bread is fresh and soft. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with onions and peppers that were grilled perfectly. And they weren't stingy with the meat either!!!!! It was grilled to perfection and the cheese was just oooey gooey delicious!

This place is a an absolute circus. Tons of employees behind the counter hustling and they’re still behind on orders. Manager and corporate need to get off their thrones and revisit how they’re doing things. It’s the most inefficient chain I’ve ever seen. The delivery drivers yelling kills any ambiance of this place.I live next door and I would be here everyday except I have to decide is it worth the mental anxiety and war zone I’m about to walk into.If you order pickup, add an extra 10-20 minutes of the estimated time. I wrote a letter to corporate before reviewing here but they never got back to me.

I was not ok with the service I received I asked for a chicken Philly with chipotle sauce. I got a steak Philly with just cheese nothing else no lettuce, no tomatoes no mustard nothing and I was rushed because I asked them why was I unable to pay with two transactions one cash one debit they told me because they don’t allow that which I don’t understand why I couldn’t pay with two transaction if that was my only form of payment and to not make my order correctly, was totally unacceptable don’t waste you time with this place they have kids running things and they have no customer service skills

I love Jersey Mike’s and have been eating it for years. BUT I caught a listeria infection from my order on Wednesday. I have been sick to my stomach ever since. I hope the store sees this and scrubs the place.

We were recommended to this location by a Texan who visits Chicago regularly. I had two nice subs. My partner's meal was not good in her opinion but I accepted it. We have subs occasionally in the UK. We were told that this was the place for the best subs. I am sorry to say that I was not impressed.
