Placed an app order at 11:49am to beat the lunch rush and still sat waiting for it more than a half hour until 12:21. On top of that, I watched the in-person line cycle through fully over and over, with people placing and getting their orders while I waited. With Jimmy John’s across the street and having orders ready in 5 minutes, there’s no way anyone should order here during the work week.

I ordered online - was craving a cheesesteak for lunch. Anyways, for some reason my Grubhub app wasn’t working, so I called up to make a change to my order. The nicest person answered the phone. She found my order and added my side of chipotle mayo to the bag. Food got here and was SO good. Shoutout to the person I spoke to on the phone, you’re the MVP!

I work down the street and came in for lunch. I asked for rosemary bread and they were out apparently to make matters worse they all stared me down and gave me an attitude. Jersey mikes uses low quality ingredients and processed meats. Seem like the employees are underpaid and miserable

45 minute wait for online order is not problem but being late is bad. The team works hard but needs to balance prioritization between people in line and online order to meet commitments.

I paid for extra cheese and meat but I didn't get either. Also no bathroom even for customers. The employees were outside smoking pot in uniform, right in front of the store. I mean hey I've got no problem with marijuana but not right in front of the store.

Dropped around $14 on the Italian combo and chips at Jersey Mike’s on Monroe. We showed up just after noon and waited close to 20 minutes—place was slammed with orders. The sandwich was a bit lukewarm and the toppings seemed thrown on. Staff was polite enough, but the tables could’ve used a wipe-down. Probably not my go-to spot next time.

Jersey Mike’s always hits the spot when you’re craving a solid sub. Stopped by for lunch and got the #13 Original Italian (regular size) “Mike’s Way” with extra pickles and a fountain drink—came out to about $13. The bread was fresh, the meats were sliced right in front of me, and that vinegar/oil combo just brings it all together. Service was fast, even during the lunch rush, and the staff was super friendly. The place was clean with plenty of seating, which is a win for a downtown spot. Definitely my go-to when I need a quick, good sandwich!

Ive gone to this location several times in the past and know the risks of placing an order after 1130 but I did anyway at 11:40. I arrived at emailed time of 12:21. Major crowd scene on day of review. Another customer said his 12pm pickup order wasn't ready either. I stayed until 1pm but order wasn't ready so did not pickup my order - neither did the customer with the 12pm pickup order. Order when their doors open (11AM for whatever reason) or prepare to wait a very very long time.

We visited the shop in Chicago Union Station and bought 2 giant sandwiches (each for 18.79 dollars) to have something to eat during the train jouney. One was with roast beef (plenty meat!) and the other with chicken and bacon (again plenty of meat), both with lot of veg. They were yummy! Unfortunately I realized I didn't make a photo after they gone. I would highly recommend this chain.
I give service 5 and food 4 only because they when they do make mistakes, they fix it and make it right to the fullest and I appreciate that. Whoever worked today, specifically handling the to-go order station, was so nice and attentive he really made sure everyone got what they ordered (and if it was wrong because during the crazy lunch rush mistakes will happen), he made sure to make it right. Give the team a raise JM you can afford it! They’re just overworked and they work hard and smile doing it. They deserve a raise.

The manager was rude. Also denied me a cup to drink water with for some reason. Tables were filthy. Gave it a second chance, even worse than the first time.
Jersey Mike's has long been a staple of mine having grown up on the Jersey shore.Beyond the food quality and customizable options, is the phenomenal service and quality training that is put into it's team.Unfortunately, after my experience here, I have to say that not all locations are created equal. The staff here is curt, unfriendly, and can't wait to charge for things that literally every other Jersey Mike's do complimentary.Beyond this experience, the storefront is really dated, dingy with dirt crusted into floor corners, and I specifically saw a team member sneeze without covering their mouth, while they were making food!Absolutely abysmal and whoever is managing this particular location should be let go immediately.Whatever you do, DON'T go to this location. There are literally 3 other Jersey Mike's within a mile of this location that all do a way better job when it comes to the whole Jersey Mike's experience.
