The manager was rude. Also denied me a cup to drink water with for some reason. Tables were filthy. Gave it a second chance, even worse than the first time.

Jersey Mike's has long been a staple of mine having grown up on the Jersey shore.Beyond the food quality and customizable options, is the phenomenal service and quality training that is put into it's team.Unfortunately, after my experience here, I have to say that not all locations are created equal.The staff here is curt, unfriendly, and can't wait to charge for things that literally every other Jersey Mike's do complimentary.Beyond this experience, the storefront is really dated, dingy with dirt crusted into floor corners, and I specifically saw a team member sneeze without covering their mouth, while they were making food!Absolutely abysmal and whoever is managing this particular location should be let go immediately.Whatever you do, DON'T go to this location.There are literally 3 other Jersey Mike's within a mile of this location that all do a way better job when it comes to the whole Jersey Mike's experience.

15 minute wait and they served 10 customers in front of me until I was the only person there still waiting. Got back to the office and they had used the wrong bread. $16 in the garbage can. Slow and stupid is their motto.

This location is terrible. I tried them once about 9 months ago and it was so bad I've never gone back, until today. Second time was just as bad. Just the worst service and the sandwich is not good. Everyone seemed really busy, so it's not for lack of busy employees. They once again seemed to be really annoying a lot of customers and wasting everyone's precious break time. Will not go back.

Food is good as always but if you’re looking to go and get a sandwich and have it take an hour for 20 person line (which is not long at all), this is the location to visit. They prioritize online orders and you stand in line for 40 minutes, get to the counter, watch them make about 30 subs, take your order, then watch them make another 30 subs, then they get around to your sandwich. Literally was inside this location for an hour and twenty minutes for a sandwich.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes in line for a sandwich I ordered a drink and chips to go with my sandwich, lady behind the counter said ok it’s $xyz I swiped my card and grabbed a cup she barks at me “HEY you got a small drink. That’s the wrong cup” I said this is the one I wanted. She goes “I dont ask what size you want this is your fault” I smiled because i thought she was kidding but she wasn’t. Actually an unbelievable response from a person working in customer service. You should let your staff know that there’s 2 steps in the cashier position 1. What size? 2. That’ll be $xyz.Potbelly’s it is!

Don't go here. You'll have to wait over an hour for your sandwich and it won't even be good. My sub was salty, mushy, and just not tasty. There are plenty of other sub restaurants close by that are better. If you're craving Jersey Mike's, I highly recommend checking out other locations.

The man at the counter was unbelievably rude. I had placed an order at this restaurant for pickup for a set time and when I got there at the set time they told me it wasn't ready (which is understandable, I'm sure they had a lot of orders coming in). Then I thought I heard my name so I went up to check the bags and the guy rudely said "Don't check the bags. That's why I'm here. Pay attention next time." I was waiting for 30 minutes, maybe have my food ready on time next time......
