I come to this location often, but I always have the best experiences when Brian is working. He is always nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable about what’s new when we’re not sure what to get. I’ll never stop getting my #13 and #17 from here as long as Brian is still the one there. You’re the man Brian!

This jersey Mike’s is the best! And for one specific reason. The manager Alexander. He is always lovely, always in a good mood and so gracious. He hustles and asked about your day. I’m so incredibly impressed with him every time I go there.Jersey Mike’s should give him a promotion and let him train other people about outstanding customer service. And to be clear, I have no affiliation with this guy, he just stands out to me as a rare person in the world of fast food.

The menu is good, both hot and cold subs are good. They have good brownies too. I think you get deals on the app or I use coupons - because I think everything here is a little high priced at regular price. The employees are all very friendly and accomodating.

Well .. I’m absolutely not a picky person , but 35 min wait for mobile order was crazy . They were serving people coming to store but not working on mobile orders made before . Another most important was hygiene- OMG I almost died - sitting there for 30 minutes. Greasy gloves and they touch everything with it - door , food , their face , hair. It was terrible . Why gloves then ? Yuck ! Never again! Who ever is in management in this shop - please make better ! Teach kids there to work like a pros!
