Well .. I’m absolutely not a picky person , but 35 min wait for mobile order was crazy . They were serving people coming to store but not working on mobile orders made before . Another most important was hygiene- OMG I almost died - sitting there for 30 minutes. Greasy gloves and they touch everything with it - door , food , their face , hair. It was terrible . Why gloves then ? Yuck ! Never again! Who ever is in management in this shop - please make better ! Teach kids there to work like a pros!

After placing a mobile order and arriving on their time request, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes in store for my 4 subs. Meanwhile 5 subs were made for walk in customers while I was waiting. After spending $80 for 4 subs, I get home and they don’t add the jalepenos to my Big Kahuna. Which is the only ingredient that makes it the Big Kahuna separate from other subs. Not happy as this was my Birthday dinner request.

Subs are always consistent high quality. We order from here regularly. On our last order they forgot to add the chips that were paid for in advanced. I called to point this out and received an exemplary response. The associate that answered my call quickly was apologetic and without me asking immediately switched me to the manager. Without any hassle he offered a credit and promised a coupon on our next order. This was not necessary but appreciated. This location has set a high bar for customer service. I suspect their other locations perform as well. We are very satisfied customers for both their products and service. The app could not be easier. Thanks!
