This jersey Mike’s is the best! And for one specific reason. The manager Alexander. He is always lovely, always in a good mood and so gracious. He hustles and asked about your day. I’m so incredibly impressed with him every time I go there.Jersey Mike’s should give him a promotion and let him train other people about outstanding customer service. And to be clear, I have no affiliation with this guy, he just stands out to me as a rare person in the world of fast food.

The menu is good, both hot and cold subs are good. They have good brownies too. I think you get deals on the app or I use coupons - because I think everything here is a little high priced at regular price. The employees are all very friendly and accomodating.

1st time visitor. We were gifted cookies...Manager said rookies get cookies! Very good sandwiches and refills on sodas. Ample parking lot but location easy to miss. Very clean and spacious restrooms, definitely ADA and in my book a B++...
