I've had good experiences a couple times before. However today I got the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak and it was pretty terrible. The bacon was barely cooked through and it was the saltiest sandwich I've ever had.

Had a staff meeting for our company and our sandwiches were delivered almost 2 hours late. In attempts to resolve the matter the delivery person mentioned that we would be getting reimbursed or discount coupons for sandwiches in the future. We called several times to follow up with the manager but was always redirected or told they would call back once the manager is in. A clear example of lack of accountability and a poorly managed store. We will never be ordering through Jersey Mikes again.
I had the Giant sub it was okay I think maybe if I had toasted it, it would have been better it was ok for my first time but it wasn't a lot of meat choices but I will be going back and trying something different next time any recommendations I will be happy to
