I love me a good JM #13, but there is just way too much inconsistency at this location. I always order my sandwich with extra meat, but this location is hit or miss and today was definitely a huge miss. Looks like they did not even put extra meat on my sandwich. I will definitely start hitting up my previous location in Niles.

Upside: Philly steak was as good as the last time I ate at one (at 95th and Crawford down in Evergreen Park, back in 2017, no less!), so there's uniformity of quality - which is what you want from a fast food chain.Downside: same assortment of chips that ends up at Potbelly's or Subway. Minor complaint, but aren't there more vendors out there than Frito-Lay or Miss Vickie's?

Had a staff meeting for our company back in October 2023 and our sandwiches were delivered almost 2 hours late. In attempts to resolve the matter the delivery person mentioned that we would be getting reimbursed or discount coupons for sandwiches in the future. We called several times to follow up with the manager but was always redirected or told they would call back once the manager is in. A clear example of lack of accountability and a poorly managed store. We will never be ordering through Jersey Mikes again.

I order for pickup sometimes. About half the time they get ther order wrong (entire items missing). Might be done ordering from here, not worth the hassle.

My recent visit to Jersey Mike's left much to be desired. Despite being the sole customer, I waited five minutes to order as they were probably making online orders. Communicating my sandwich preferences proved challenging, and unfortunately, Anthony's rudeness marked by a raised voice, was so off the wall. I should have walk off right then. Regrettably, even after spending around $30, the two sandwiches I received were not made correctly. Coincidentally, I mention this to my daughter and she a had similar experience at this location mainly rudeness of the employees. This experience fell far short of my expectations for both service and food quality. Never again will you see me at a Jersey Mike’s.

Previos review are right. They are too understaffed to provide quality service. I was twenty minutes late to pick up my online orders because I know how they are so disorganized and I still ended up waiting 30 minutes to get my online order that I already paid for. They ignore you and don't say hi when you come in. Go to another Jerst Mike's. This one obviously has management that don't care about their customers or workers.

This Jersey Mike's falls short of quality standards. Iv noticed this happening with multiple JMikes locations.Door dash , uber eats and grubhub has made the staff too busy with online orders for them to take their time and prepare your sandwich with the level of care and excellence that the brand is known for.Myself being a former employee of a Jersey Mike's location, I know how the food is supposed to be prepared , so its really frustrating when you pay over 20.00 for a sandwich and the meat has been over cooked, when i go in there and have to tell them twice what I want on my sub and they still get it wrong.It's also a huge disappointment when I walk in and the staff pretend not to notice me because they're too busy preparing Doordash orders. It takes literally forever to place an order.I was absolutely thrilled a few years ago when I discovered that this location would be opening in my neighborhood because up until then if I wanted Jersey Mike's, I would need to drive very far away. But no I'm unsure how I feel about it...I might just start going back to the other locations and hope they haven't acquired the same problems.

My son, high schooler, went to purchuse sandwitches with my credit card but theu declined my credit card due to their technical issues and made him embarassed in front of people. I called credit card company for the issue snd they reported that my credit card does not hsve any issue to be declined. The store manager was not willing to accomodate this issue although this is their problem. I would not go this store due to all inconviences I eould encounter at this location in the future.

Ordered a sandwich in the regular size and the regular size twice after the individual who took my order said giant. I specifically mentioned how I cannot eat that much of a sandwich. Come to the register they said giant and I said no I mentioned the regular size twice and the guy who took my order started making smart comments. First time at a Jersey Mike’s.

Whatever you do, DON’T order online for pick-up at this location—just go and wait in line! I’ve made the mistake of attempting to order ahead 4 times now since this place opened because I live nearby and without fail, I wait 40-50 minutes for my order (of two sandwiches!). Most recently, they didn’t even start making our sandwiches until 40 minutes after I placed the order. Meanwhile, people walk in and order and get their food right away. Really strange that this place hasn’t figured out a process to manage online ordering. Staff clearly couldn’t care less, too—they’re taking their sweet time and never apologize.
