Nick at Jersey Mike’s was awesome today! He had a ton of great recommendations and truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service—not just to me, but to everyone in the store. I originally planned to get my food to go, but because of Nick’s great attitude and service, I decided to dine in instead. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. My husband’s favorite sandwich place has always been Jersey Mike’s, but unfortunately we had a terrible experience yesterday. He ordered a club sandwich in the early afternoon, and about 7 hours later he began violently throwing up. He continued vomiting the food and red vinegar sauce endlessly throughout the night.
We have a flight tomorrow for his sister’s wedding, and I am also pregnant — so this situation has been incredibly stressful and scary for us. Foodborne illness or improper handling can be dangerous for pregnant women, and now we are worried about both his health and the possibility of me getting sick as well.
I’m extremely disappointed that such a trusted place could lead to an experience like this. I hope the store reviews their food safety and handling procedures seriously so something like this doesn’t happen to other families

Great customer service! I've been to this location many times and the employees are always welcoming and not just with me, I notice it with the other customers as well. Refreshing to go to an establishment these days where I don't feel as tho I'm a bother for coming in.

I usually do not leave reviews but today was really disappointing and I left extremely dissatisfied. I walked in today with my boyfriend at around 6pm, when we walked up to order, the gentleman working took my boyfriend’s order and went to ring him while completely ignoring me. He continues to ignore me until we walked up to let him know that we were together. Though we obviously were standing together and both walked in together. It was not busy inside so I know that he saw us walk in together. I placed my order and we ended up paying together.
However it turns out that the guy working wrote down both of our orders wrong so my boyfriend got the wrong meat in his sandwich and I was waiting for my order for about an additional 10 minutes before I had to walk up and ask about it. I never got my corrected order, instead they remade my boyfriend’s sandwich and I ended up with the first sandwich that was made wrong. Our usual 10 minute trip turned into an almost 45 minute trip with both of us disappointed. I am not sure if we will ever return to this location.
