Went in to get a number 13 with Turkey instead of ham. I told it to the man he started to make my sandwich and proceeded to put only Turkey on the sandwich. I didn’t wanna cause any uproar I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he heard me just say a Turkey. I wasn’t upset that sounded perfect, made it fully. This man then proceeded to charge me for a number 13 even tho it’s only Turkey on there and I was like wait what? Then I said something and he like went into the tip jar to give me the money back and I was like no way dude

Terrible service. Everyone that works here is clueless. Gave me someone else’s order because they never got my mobile order. It should’ve been ready for pickup as I ordered it ahead of time. Didn’t try to offer me a solution. Just ignored me. Thank you guys.

Went in today got 1 giant # 8 Mike's way and a #3. I had to repeat myself about no cheese for the #3. The #8 is supposed to come with 6 pieces of ham & turkey with bacon.they were all standing around talking when I walk in. The African-American with the glasses was very rude when I questioned them about the food. They did not want to give the store manager number out or corporate office number.i will not return to this location. For paying almost 22 dollars for that giant sub is ridiculous. It had more lettuce and vinger than anything.Parking: It's only pay to park

The customer service is laughable. I walked in to place an order and was refused service. I was told only online orders were being accepted with no further explanation. Patrons should consider a different location to avoid this happening to them.

Location is open and employees are working but when I went to order the sandwich I was told they were only taking online orders. What???? He didn’t seem to be working on an order either. If this is true, I understand that having someone take orders is another employee you have to pay and they might be doing that to cut back. But the option to order through a POS at the restaurant should be an option.

I placed an online order for a chicken bacon ranch to show up to the store with the sandwiches made and the employees say “there’s no bacon we’re out”…. And offered no sort of solution (another sandwich option, etc.) or compensation. It’s 2024 and the online ordering/website can’t include an alert for unavailable items???Other than that I enjoyed my Chicken _____ Ranch.

I want to love this location as it’s so close to my house.Unfortunately the staff at this location disregards what you want. It’s always wrong. I will drive to the Jersey Mikes downtown instead of coming here. I’m not a hard person to please and don’t ask for anything crazy—-Just that there is no oil and add onions on sandwich. Not understanding the disconnect.
