I called for pickup and unfortunately the individual answering the phone didn’t actually place my order despite telling me my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes after the call and came to find out my order hadn’t even been sent to the kitchen. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food despite seeing numerous people arrive and pick their food up promptly. I’ve been frequenting this establishment for 5 years but I can’t support a place that doesn’t value their customers time.

I ordered California Benedict, and they’re horrible. The eggs are so hard that it doesn’t make sense for this type of breakfast (and I hate hard eggs 😭), and the sauce…I don’t even know how to explain this. I also can't understand how you can mess up French toast; they are so dry that they should be called cinnamon toast instead 😭😭

Hands Handsdown Pan-Asian fix for you if you are craving for an affordable and authentic Asian grub. Atmosphere is nice, clean and updated. Bathroom is clean. Service is prompt and professional. Food is affordable and delicious. As an Asian raised in Asia, I highly recommend their restaurant to feel your Asian cuisine cravings. Would definitely try out their other menu next time!
Parking: I park at the residential zone around the corner coz I don't mind walking.

One of my favorite spots for boba! They make the smoothies with fresh fruit. The food is delicious as well. Parking can be a hit or miss as it is street parking only. The restaurant can get really packed or you can be one of very few customers at the moment. It depends when you go.

I recently ordered from Jess Cafe and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and affordability of the meal. The spring rolls, fried rice, lo mein were flavorful and delicious. Not only were the dishes all delicious, but the prices were very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!

Late night dinner. I big on cleanliness for sweet and sour bottles seemed dirty who know when they were last cleaned. My husband had red curry shrimp which wasn’t spicy but he said was okay. The Jumbo shrimp fried rice was okay but nothing was jumbo about the shrimp. The egg fu young thank goodness no eggs shell but he no flavor or the sauce. The waitress came gave us water but nothing to come back or revisit. The smoothie Tao was amazing that is definitely worth it.
A staple in the community, great prices and great food . Overall this place really cares about the quality of the food .

The food taste good. But servers never took off the same gloves they wore. All wearing blue gloves from taking orders, taking others customers dirty plates, wiping the tables, answering the phone and etc. They never take off their gloves, did not wash hands. We were there almost 2hours.

Dietary restrictions: 11-1-24 , I ordered Pad Thai Noodles with shrimp, no chicken because , I have chicken allergy , but to my surprise chicken was still added to my food , this is not the first time I’ve experienced this with Jess Cafe , but I thought it was a common mistake , until this common mistake can turn deadly , I placed this same order Tuesday , the same results I was unaware then because I gave the food to someone else , I just ate a small portion , but I was sick for two days unable to attended work , not pin pointing that had been given chicken, when I inform you that I have chicken allergies , this I not a matter to be taken lightly because it can be detrimental to my health, if I inform you of allergies , and you have my history , that I’m allergic to a product be mindful , because the results could have been deadly, I will be pursing this matter further , don’t get me wrong the food is good, but it can be deadly to a person with severe food allergies like myself.
