Review written 01/03/2026. Could not taste the garlic on crust at all and the Cajun seasoning looks like it was added after the fact instead of baked in. Which I’ve never seen a Jets pizza do before. But it was tasty overall.
Can't recall the cashier's name but the time stamp was at 8:30 pm 05/12, the fella behind the counter was very nice and helpful with getting me my sides (ranch and jalapenos) since I couldn't add them online. Would leave a name but the receipt didn't have one since it was placed online.

Jets continues to offer delicious food, but we have encountered some challenges with their customer service. There have been instances where we had to follow up with Jets to confirm our orders placed through various communication methods such as the app or text. Unfortunately, we have experienced some communication issues where the woman answering the phone seemed unhelpful and dismissive when addressing our concerns about the status of our orders.
