Jet’s Pizza hits different when you’re craving that thick, cheesy, Detroit-style goodness. The 8-corner pepperoni with turbo crust is an absolute game-changer—crispy edges, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of grease (in the best way). Their ranch? Elite. Like, dip-everything-in-it kind of good. Perfect for late-night cravings or a chill hang with friends when you just need solid, no-fuss pizza.

Came in for pick up order. Wasn’t made. They looked it up and said oh it didn’t print. It’ll be about 10 mins. Didn’t apologize or offer any remedy. Also didn’t put the flavoring on the crust I asked for

This is close to our home so we always pickup. We are originally from Detroit and we love Detroit deep dish pizza. The crust at Jets is the best. We ask for extra extra crispy and it comes out buttery and crunchy. The toppings are generous as is the sauce. You can customize to get just what you want. It’s a 10 minute wait until the pizza is ready for pickup. Perfect for last minute guests.

I ordered a large pizza with double pepperoni. I got home and it barely had any pepperoni. I called and spoke to Oscar, allegedly a manager, and he told me they moved up the pizzas and mine was there. I could drive back 25 minutes away and get it. That was his only solution. I told him I wasn’t about to do that. That’s the level of “customer service” you get with a manager. He just said they were busy. No apology. He didn’t care. Mind blown at the lack of care by a manager. I won’t go back.

This team was amazing!! They greeted me as they walked in. They got the order correct, which with me is hard to do. They did it in a timely manner. FANTASTIC TEAM!! Thank you for services.

Pure garbage. $44 for a small pizza and took over 1.5 hours to deliver. Pizza was cold. All four slices. This was my third attempt and every time it’s been underwhelming.

Delivery will consistently show up an hour late. The delivery person will yell at you. The restaurant won’t answer the phone.

They consistently exceeds expectations with their exceptional service. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness make every visit a delight. Whether it's their delicious deep-dish pies or their wide array of toppings, Jet's Pizza never disappoints. With a team dedicated to providing top-notch customer experiences, it's no wonder they've earned my loyalty. Highly recommended for anyone craving great pizza served with a smile!

I remember having eaten Detroit Pizza once or twice before. It's been a while since I had Detroit pizza. When I looked into Detroit pizza, it seems that it originated from Sicilian pizza.Focaccia dough is a square, thick bread dough.Bake it in the oven in a deep square ovenproof pot.The cheese is apparently a square, yellow cheese from Wisconsin. The edges were crispy and so was the topping.Jet seems to be a Detroit pizza chain. The chain is now open not only in Detroit but also in other states. It's been a while since I had American pizza and it was delicious. In American pizza, the sauce is not sweet and has oregano. The cheese also has its own unique taste, unlike Italian cheese. However, making it using a method similar to deep-frying is high in calories and contains a lot of salt.It is immoral food.

Total fail. Didn't even have the pizza in the oven when I arrived to pick it up. To be fair, it was Super Bowl Sunday, which can be pretty hectic, but I gave them extra time and they were still waaaaay behind. This came after I called early to preorder, but was told they weren't doing those, but I was told as log as I gave them a half hour they would be ready for me to pick it up. I called them later and gave them 45 minutes, but when I arrived I was told it would be at least half an hour before my pizza was ready. I wound up canceling.FWIW I grew up in Detroit and I like Detroit style pizza, and the Jets chain generally does a decent job with it. But round or square, when I order a pizza I like to get a pizza instead of an excuse.

Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. We waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for the pizza. I had a small party with 16 hungry kids and adults, and the delivery guy was rude, arrogant and took no accountability for being late. Instead he asked for tip before taking the pizzas out of the delivery bag. On top of that, the pizzas were cold and extremely oily. Horrible service and product! I will not order from them again. I called the store and spoke to a manager who recognizes they made a mistake but did not apologize or offer to rectify this order. Disappointed with the Jet’s Ashland location.
