When we moved up here from central IL, the one thing we missed was good pizza delivered. But Jet's has delivered twice and both times it was as delicious as downstate. Thank goodness, because my lazy self needs a good pizza delivered!!

Would not recommend using Jet's Pizza. I work for a local nonprofit and have ordered here in the past with mixed emotions regarding delivery. I placed a catering order a few days ago online to be delivered yesterday at 5PM, online to call at 5:30PM and told that a woman called and moved my order to 6PM.
And then when called and talked to the manager today, he took no responsibility and claimed the woman called from my number (of which my call log doesn't indicate). I wasn't even looking for a refund, I was wanting to create an avenue for feedback, but they will not take responsibility for a mistake they clearly made.
I really wish we could have continued business, but it's clear they do no value customers.

We ordered for delivery, and we live in a multi-story building with a front desk concierge staff. The front desk always requests to see the receipt for security reasons, but our delivery driver got into an altercation with the front desk for no apparent reason.
The delivery driver started swearing at the front desk, just because they were doing their jobs. There’s a lot of other pizza places. We don’t need to order from places with drivers who treat our staff like this - our building staff do such a great job.

We love jets but this jets is special. The pizza is always hot and fresh. The employees are kind and efficient. We just had the best jets bread and pizza we have ever gotten and it was from this location! 🍕♥️

Meh. I got the 2 slices and a drink special, it wasn't really anything good tbh. Just a greasy pizza. Bland taste no seasoning. A slightly better Little Caesars BUT still... It just looks good. Sigh. (And this is coming from a guy who LOVES pizza)

I just ordered from them, this is the first pizza I see that they don’t use any wormers. The driver just kept the pizza on the front seat. The pizza was fine, little over priced and salty. The mushrooms were from a jar. But after all it’s all right

Sadly, adding another negative review to this location. Jets pizza is fire, but when they don't give you half of your order, which is what makes their pizza fire....then what's the point. Just avoid this location. The owner needs to get it together. I'd be embarrassed if I owned this spot.
