I just ordered from them, this is the first pizza I see that they don’t use any wormers. The driver just kept the pizza on the front seat. The pizza was fine, little over priced and salty. The mushrooms were from a jar. But after all it’s all right

Sadly, adding another negative review to this location. Jets pizza is fire, but when they don't give you half of your order, which is what makes their pizza fire....then what's the point. Just avoid this location. The owner needs to get it together. I'd be embarrassed if I owned this spot.

The pizza here is really mediocre. While I appreciate how much they let you customize the pizza, the toppings don't taste very fresh and they hardly put mushrooms on the pizza either. We ordered online for delivery so by the time the pizza got here the crust was incredibly hard and inedible. The only plus side is that the pizza was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

If you tend to order more than one pizza at a time & those pizzas tend to be different crust types & enjoy having the wrong toppings on the wrong crust, then this is the location for you! About 30% of the time, this is what happens. Despite them having you confirm the order twice as you place it, despite their digital POS giving them multiple internal tickets with the details & them appending yet another ticket to the order upon release, clearly no one on site actually checks them to be sure they're correct.
Despite being the only option we have for delivery which doesn't use UberEats or DoorDash, we will no longer be ordering from this place. They charge far too much for their allegedly premium ingredients to take so little care with what goes out the door.
For some people, ordering pizza is a rare, guilty pleasure. It's only worth doing if it pushes all those comfort buttons when it shows up.
Please know, you made someone cry yesterday & we were literally the only order you had going when we picked ours up.

Woman at the front counter was unnecessarily rude, I couldn’t read the small print on the menu and she had so much attitude when I asked for help…
I tell EVERYONE about Jet’s, it’s legitimately my favorite pizza here in Chicago… but this location is awful. We ordered through UberEats to be delivered to our hotel and the pizza arrived cold, missing our bottle of ranch (their ranch is half the reason I love their pizza!) which the UberEats driver confirmed he was never given, and then to top it all off… THERE WAS A HAIR BAKED INTO THE PIZZA!!!So disappointed. Go to another location and avoid this one at all costs.

Just randomly decided to stop here because we were craving pizza… holy $h*t… Ruben (at least that was the name on the receipt) hooked it up with the best recommendations… Detroit style was 1000% what I was craving… and that ranch… he mentioned they sell out of it… I can absolutely see why. I’m literally less than 10 minutes out the door and I have to sing this places praises. If you’re near here and even slightly thinking about getting pizza… GET IT HERE!
