I had to have someone go get Mgr Robyn Krumi, (no one was at the service desk ) when she arrived the plcustomer on the other side said I had been waiting there longer, she said I was standing on the wrong side of the service desk and helped him.I had tried to get help finding Chocolate uncrustables, was taken to the floor mgr (no badge) who said if it's not on the shelf, we don't have it, I related that I had looked up the item on the Jewel site and came here specifically for that item, there was a blank area on the shelf where it should be and that another associate had told me that there were refrigerated items just ready to be shelved in the back, he was completely unwilling to help.I told John the cashier that I did not have my jewel card with me, he said 'that's ok', when he finished ringing me up, there was no discount applied, and I said, 'so how do I get the card, customer service?', he said I needed to go online, which is what took me to Robyn to refund items (see above), I walked out of the store.Last time I go here, I don't need to be treated this way.I recommend Aldi next door.

A quality pharmacy with pharmacist that care. It’s rare to encounter such sincere service in retail pharmacy these days, but Jewel Osco on Clybourn consistently provides outstanding service. Ozren and his staff take time to answer questions and communicate with patience. Icing on the cake is their prices are usually the lowest in Chicago, they fill Rx quickly, and they are very friendly. Hope this team remains at the Clybourn location for a long time.

I came here to fill my older doggie's insulin after going to my normal pharmacy, seeing the long line and predicting the horrible experience. So off to Jewel-Osco! My dog was just diagnosed and my first time ever filling a pet Rx. The pharmacist was amazing. I had researched coupons since this is expensive and will be ongoing. He was incredibly patient, very informative and went out of his way to ensure everything was appropriately ordered. He left me a voicemail a couple hours later to update status. I have been going to another pharmacy as I thought was more convenient (drive thru). I have a script where there is a national shortage and the people at the pharmacy never know when it will be delivered, it's impossible to ever reach anyone, and when you finally do.... complete apathy. It's been a monthly process that I dread. But now as a result of great service and care, I will be transferring all scripts here! Thank you

We love to stop in and pick up something for Breakfast, Dinner, or Lunch. This time it was buying the luncheon meat I needed from their Deli counter. I got 1/4 Pounds of Hormel Brand of Spiced Ham shaped like a sideways D. Then I bought only 8 slices of Hard Salami. I picked up some Orange ZIMA Grape Mini- Tomatoes, and also Babybel Gouda Cheese the smaller size. The guy behind the Deli asked us if we wanted the samples of the 2 Sliced Spiced Ham pieces we said sure. I Still love this luncheon meat. When I went to college in NYC at NYU, my late mother found a Jewish Deli not too far from the dorm I was staying in. We tried their sandwiches but I didn't know what to ask for. The guy at his Deli said try this one it is a classic but goody. So, I did what he made for me White Bread with Mayo and 8 slices of Spiced Ham, 2 Tomato Slices, 1 slice of American Cheese, and Lettuce Leaf folded, and cut the sandwich diagonally, and 1 Dill Pickle Cut into 4 long strips then I picked out BBQ Potato Chips and I had a can of Pepsi. It was a thick sandwich but it became my favorite sandwich. It is so much smaller when I make it because I only use 3 slices or 4 slices switch the American to Provolone and add 2 slices of Hard Salami, lettuce folded in half, 2 Tomato Slices, and Yellow Mustard and Mayo. 6 Bread and Butter Pickle chunks. But it is great when made into a toasted cheese Sandwich but he was right it is a Classic Sandwich. You can switch around the bread, and luncheon meat the cheese, to make it your own. So, many food memories come to mind when I make this duplicate sandwich. And I bought 2 PaZaZZ Apples, 2 pints of Blackberries because they were only $1.99 which is a good deal. I eat 8 of them along with my Breakfast or toss them on top of my Bob's Red Mill brand flavor "Old Country Style" of hot Muesli Whole Grain Cereal. I enjoy making their microwave version which is 1/2 Cup of Muesli in a microwave-safe of bowl. Then add 1/4 Cup of cold tap water. Then cook it for 3 minutes on High. It looks baked, so you can add your butter to it and little Maple Syrup, with a little creamer. It is a treat.Or even add 7 Blackberries to the green salad with, Chopped Walnuts, and shredded chicken meat, use a Raspberry Vinaigrette this will pull the fruit forward in the salad. It is so good. And I bought 1 pair of Navy Leggings by Lildy for $7.99 and they fit. It was a good day.

I just picked up a prescription for a loved one at Jewel Osco and am most grateful for the pharmacist Marvin. Once again, he helped me understand the medicine, its effects and interactions. Thank you for the friendly service. I really appreciate the extra care!

I picked up a cake from Jewel, and he whipped cream tasted sour. I returned the cake thinking it was old. Nope! Jewel is now cutting corners with their cakes. They no longer use whipped cream. They use some kind of whipped cream blend that is more shelf stable. Their employees agreed and said the new whipped cream is terrible tasting! Jewel is selling cheaply produced cakes for more money! BEWARE!

It was a very bad shopping experience here. I thought I would be enjoying my day in this shop, but I was so disappointed with what happened. The staff was so rude, they don't have manners and they don't act professionally. The shop was good, clean and organized but with the staff like that, the vibe and the ambiance inside will make the shopping experience bad. I just hope the manager will discipline their staff when it comes to customer etiquette. Cause it's very crucial when running a business. They must know what they are doing and how to move professionally when they are IN their workplace. And to end this review I just wanted to say that I bought nothing in this store, I was mad that's why I moved to another store. And thankfully, they got kind staff there. I just really hope they can improve their flaws. Cause that matters and must not be ignored.

I don't use the pharmacy often but Marvin is awesome! We came in for a booster shot and it was quick and easy. He was quick, helpful, understanding, and most of all he was able to make me laugh even though I was so afraid of needles ! Thanks Marvin!! Stay awesome!

Expect to spend a minimum of fifteen minutes in line here. I was just trying to buy a dozen eggs and the line had me backed up half way down the aisles. Some guy trying to buy one thing as well and I were looking at each other like "WTF?". Literally drove to Marianos instead and probably took less time. Why do I keep coming here?!

I really don't appreciate the bakery team not wearing masks while breathing on my order. It doesn't make sense for food prep workers to not wear masks going forward. It is completely irresponsible to be breathing on our food with your masks around your necks. Do not buy from this bakery department.

This store is unique. Connie, the manager, trains her staff to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Rare in any grocery store. Sean, expert and so helpful, in seafood department, is a wizard. The deli carries Boar's Head products. They'll slice things the way you want and separate slices with extra tissue!! A special immaculate place to shop. Go there! Ro and Curt Yelp......raise their rating so you're accurate. Please.
