Never had a good experience dining in because countless times I went, our family was often forgotten about and they would serve others meanwhile our order hasn’t been taken despite us arriving first, etc. Multiple times. We decided to just order out because we like the food but now even the carry out experience isn’t good. Asked for a side of mayo ketchup and this is all that was given, the yuca fries are squishy as if they were just defrosted and heated for 5min in a microwave, and it felt very abrupt when picking up the order as well and asked if certain things were included.

First time // I should have told my younger self to go earlier. It was delicious! I went for the beef & onion Jibarito and it did not disappoint.
Today, Friday, I ordered the fried pork (carne frita) and it looked like it was refried because it was hard and dry. I usually order same in restaurant and it’s always fresh, crispy and tender. The people who order delivery also deserve the best you have. Was so disappointed! 😔

After 2 years of going this place is still number 1 with PR food. There alot of Mexican places out there but those are played out like come on you can get tacos any.... But here you get real P.R food feels like it's stright from the island great food great staff makes you feel at home still my go to stop
