Stopped by Jibaritos on Harlem for lunch and spent about $24 and grabbed the steak jibarito (you get garlic‑mayo, lettuce, tomato) with a side of maduros plus a Tropic soda. That plantain “bun” had mad crunch and the steak was seasoned like they do in Puerto Rico. The crew was chill and fast—feels like old‑school PR cooking in a Chicago neighborhood. Five stars easy.
Came from Michigan and had to try, they didn't disappoint! Everything was delicious, service courteous and the atmosphere was artistic and beautiful to see and take photos. Definitely reccomend 100%!
The food was really good, the service was slow but the staff was friendly. It's July, and it was pretty warm inside the restaurant. A more comfortable temperature and more adequate for the season would be great and make the experience even better.
