The workers at this jimmy John’s are very kind, but whoever is in charge needs to make it more efficient. I have waited 20 minutes for a sandwich the last three times I’ve been here. This is absurd. Please hire more workers. This is a city location that needs to be better staffed.

Half of my turkey sandwich did not have meat on it and the other half had the tiniest sliver of turkey. When I say sliver - it was about 2 inches long and one inch wide and thin. It wasn't covering even half of the Sandwich and it was only one piece. The manager tried to justify this with a goofy excuse if you read below but mind you I paid $15 for this for not even a bite of meat.

I came in at 5 on a Monday for a sandwich. When I got home to eat it I realized they didn't put any MEAT or toppings on it. It was literally a mayo and cheese sandwich. For $10. I contacted corporate and they said I could try to get a refund from the store. I called the store and no one answered. There are also homeless people hanging out inside the store asking for your change after you order. Do not recommend.

I walked in their about 10 minutes before closing time, mind you, I didn’t know they closed at 7pm. This young lady screams at me saying “we’re closed!” So I ask “what time do you close?” (So I know In the future the closing times) She responds “We’re closed now!” I understand now that the lady seems over servicing the customers and wants to close for the day. If she would have just politely told me that she is closed for the day instead of screaming at me in such a unprofessional manner I would have understood completely. I didn’t appreciate being screamed at first glance upon arrival.
The assistant manager is extremely rude. She yelled at me and swore. Don’t come here and order with her. She’s extremely rude and won’t stop fighting with you. Be warned when coming here
