The folks at this Jimmy John’s really care about the commitment to making your sandwich fast. The woman whom I believe to be the manager recognizes me every day now, and she always apologizes profusely if my sandwich is even a second late (which it almost never is). I order from my office a block over and by the time I get to the store it’s ready. Great service and kindness go a long way. Thanks to the fine folks that work here.

Sometimes you just need a freaky fast, no-frills sandwich, and Jimmy John’s always delivers. I grabbed a #9 Italian Night Club ($10) with a bag of salt & vinegar chips ($2) and a drink ($2), so about $15 total. Sandwich was fresh, the bread had that nice chew, and they didn’t skimp on the meats. Staff was quick and friendly, even during the lunch rush. If you work in the Loop and need a solid sub in under 5 minutes, this is the spot. Bonus points for the free smells!

The workers at this jimmy John’s are very kind, but whoever is in charge needs to make it more efficient. I have waited 20 minutes for a sandwich the last three times I’ve been here. This is absurd. Please hire more workers. This is a city location that needs to be better staffed.
They suck they have bad customer service.. They're always messing up or leaving something out. They charge you for things you never get..They suck never again!!
