The people who run this location are totally incompetent! They never get your order right. Some days they have no bread. Some days they randomly close in the middle of the lunch rush even though you can see them making sandwiches through the window. They must work really hard to be this bad!

Not very friendly...visitors of the Aon building and needed to grab lunch due to a meeting delay. Ordered 2 combos, includes sandwich chips and soda. Turkey was plain with just meat and cheese...they charged me $1 for a slice of cheese! Did not realize they didn’t give me the chips until riding 3 banks of elevators and had to go back. Lady said “You were supposed to grab your chips under the register!” Really?! You could have at least told me that when I paid! I’ll NEVER eat at another Jimmy Johns again. Cold, plain sandwiches! Pot Belly has you guys beat!

I went in to the aon location and asked for a turkey. They gave me tuna, I told the woman I order turkey, the 1st prep guy came down and said rudely you said tuna! I said no I dont eat tuna, instead of apologizing for the mix up he insisted to argue with me and tell me I ordered tuna. You need to loose the attitude. You just lost a customer I'll take the walk and stand in line for potbellys

They say they are Freaky Fast. This is true at this one. You receive your order very fast. From the second I ordered it, it did not take long. This one does not have a lot of tables to sit. Seems a lot of customers do the take out. The restaurant is very clean and the people in there were very friendly. Limited menu but they do make a good sub. I do wish they would cut in half. I forget to ask. I would much prefer that they cut the subs in half. Gladly go back
