The manager is also a chill dude whom I love to converse with whenever I get the chance. Overall 10/10, my fav go to spot.

The most fresh unwiches I have had since this became an option to order came from this location. The store is always clean, all of the staff is always kind and never make me feel bad for my oddly specific order. Shout out to David for always making sure my order is right and leading such a wonderful team!

I went late in the day, but the staff was extremely friendly and quick. Sandwich was right on par for what i expect from them. Location is trickier to navigate with vehicle as it’s more easily accessible from lower wacker

I wanted a very low carb lunch and heard that Jimmy John’s had something called an “unwich”, it’s a sub in a lettuce wrap instead of bread. I ordered a spicy east coast Italian as an unwich and it was good. I’ve never had a sub in a lettuce wrap before, so I thought it would be terrible but it wasn’t and I’ll order it again. I believe you can order almost all of their subs as an unwich.

Edith was so very kind and gracious to us. My fellow advisor and I were here with 32 students from rural MN for a Model UN conference. We came in last minute to pick up boxes of sandwiches for dinner and the staff were incredible. Edith used the remainder of their bread and treated us so good. We are very appreciative and will be ordering dinner from this location for subsequent conferences we attend in Chicago.

Ordered a turkey tom wrap and it was the weakest wrap ever seen. Asked the worker if it can possibly be remade, she ripped the wrap from my hands and aggressively threw it in the trash. Then proceeded to roll her eyes at me. Manager finally came over and said they’ll remake the sandwich as no refunds are possible. Overall horrible service and the woman behind the counter today 11/20 making sandwiches should not be there.

When you make a Mediterranean chicken sandwich it should not have 3 little pieces of meat Jimmy johns have went down with there quality of food tremendously. Will never buy from them again.

Dana and Brandon was SUPER HELPFUL !! It was my first time coming to this location they made me feel welcomed and not lost in the menu . Gave me the healthy option LZ I was looking for . They were amazing definetly need them to stay at this location .

This location has ridiculous service and order management is horrible. Ordered a curbside pick up checked in waited outside 36 minutes they never even started the order couldn’t find it even after their delivery guy (who was passing by my car) walked in and told them I was sitting there waiting outside and they had no customers in line.
They offered to give me the sandwich after I personally had to leave my car walk in and find out what was going on. The first woman tried to tell me it was for a different location Then they tried to tell me the delivery guy took it which was not true. Then they finally found it in the system and said they will just give it to me and make it now -which I refused out of principal I don’t need to be lied to or blame it on multiple people and then they figure out they just never made the order
I used to come to this location regularly all the people are different today I don’t recognize them but horrible disrespectful Customer Service
