Now I don’t normally like jimmy johns; however, after not trying it for over 10 years, I decided to give it another shot for a lunch break!This location definitely made me change my mind about Jimmy Johns! The service was great and my sandwich was made perfectly! We even were able to ask for extra packets of mustard and mayo! Definitely will be added in the rotation for lunch when I’m in the office!

Just a quick note to say what great service I received today . Ordered for delivery and order was incorrect .Their phone line was down so I tried texting the # that notified me of the delivery and the person on the other end responded . They apologized for the incorrect order , re-made it and delivered immediately . Yummy sandwich Thank you !

Staff was not friendly at all. After a fun filled day at Millennium Park we decided to have lunch at Jimmy John’s however this location didn’t have restroom to wash our hands and they sent us to McDonald’s across the street.As a family we decided not to return and had lunch somewhere else.

Unbelievable. This establishment better not ever call the Police. They wouldn't allow a police officer to use their bathroom. Now they are a sitting duck for a robbery. No police officer will come to the rescue if you call. Good luck with that.

This is a good JJ place, ordered a pick up from the wrong JJ location. The manager fixed it for me. Have been coming here a couple of times, they are freaky fast and good vibe.

This Jimmy John's location does most of its business during the day. I was there at dinner time and there were just a couple of people there.It's a nice place to sit and enjoy a good sandwich. The staff there is really nice, too.I don't have a lot to say. It's all good. Use the app and you can have your order waiting for you when you get there....and probably find a coupon deal to go with it!

Paid for delivery plus tip and they didn’t even deliver to my door. Had to go downstairs to get it myself. I never leave bad reviews, but this is super annoying.

Ordered the Turkey Tom without mayo, add Jimmy mustard, and add cucumbers. The Jimmy mustard had these whole seeds in it which is glorious. The sandwich was as awesome as always. Only wish it was a little cheaper. The staff was friendly. Highly recommend this fast sandwich joint in downtown.
