The people who work here are incompetent and rude. I just walked in at 2:15PM and they were clearly bothered that I was there after the lunch rush. I tried to order a basic ham sandwich, which somehow befuddled the cashier, to the point where she sighed and looked around thinking "how dare this guy not order something on the menu." I just left and will not return.

Picked up a sandwich from there today it was one of the worst made sandwiches I ever paid money for in my entire life.. the meat was wrapped inside cheese. Not sure anybody there knows how to make a sandwich you would think the same which company would have some type of training and how to properly make one of their sandwiches because the workers obviously didn’t follow it if they do.

I had the worst restaurant experience here. I asked for any dressing you may have and the lady who was preparing my sandwich said something. I did not understand because of her accent. When I asked for the 3rd time she yelled at me and made my sandwich with such anger. What culture and business is this? How can you serve someone food with such anger? I felt guilty for not walking away from that place and not leaving away my food there. Will never eat at any American chain restaurant ever.

I eat almost regularly at JJ in Austin Texas and I have never had a sandwich so good as I did at the JJ in Chicago at 200 North Jefferson. Got the #7 Spicy Italian, the flavor was outstanding!!!! Best I’ve ever had!!! Thanks guys!!!

I ordered a Thai Chicken Wrap with NO chicken in the wrap. The most ridiculous thing you can get from a Jimmy Johns experience. Please see the photo below. When we went back to the store, NO single apologies were offered by the store employee. AVOID this place.
