I don't usually bother with reviews, but this Jimmy John's is so bad, people need to be warned. The service is the worst. They are SUPER slow. Constantly out of something-lettuce, wheat bread, etc.--even though lunch has barely even started. I' just cannot stand this place. The worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to.

I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing my sandwich. I’ve had day old bread from Jimmy John’s that was fresher than the bread used for my sandwich. Hard as a rock! n addition, the dude making my sandwich didn’t change his gloves between the cash registrar, making my sandwich and doing the dishes. I see why this place has a 3.5 star rating on Google. Ownership should be embarrassed by this location. I should get my sandwich refunded for being as stale as it was.

I work across the street and went in at 12:38pm to order a sandwich before a meeting at 1pm and was rudely told they they were no longer taking walk in orders while they pointed to a messy handwritten sign on the front door that said “pickup only.”

That’s the first time I’ve ever been denied buying food at a fast food restaurant during lunch hour, and I guess I’m just not going to eat lunch today now. A very weird experience and if you’re reading this, probably best to avoid.

I did a pre order at 10 am for delivery at 11 am…waited until 11:55 to call and see where my order is, the women who answered said they didn’t have pickles so if there was something else I wanted to substitute- I said no just refund the pickle please she said okay and that her driver is on his way out the door with my order…40 minutes later the food still hasn’t arrived and they are .02 miles from my work…I call back and the same girl answered with nothing but attitude and told me I cancelled my order- which I never did. I then told her the amount she refunded me was wrong and she verbatim said “what do you want me to do?? I’m not a machine, I just push a button to refund and it does what it does”. It was the most ignorant response I’ve ever gotten from a customer service rep. She should be fired because she’s terrible at her one job which is customer service.Will never order at this location again.

Freaky Fast is definitely not accurate. Delivery takes on average 45-60 minutes and the order is rarely correct. The staff offer no help, leaving us on hold multiple times when trying to submit feedback, and are overall incredibly rude. 0/10 don’t

This location is very convenient for me because it's right across my school. I have gone to this location three times, and it has always been good service. But this evening was different. I ordered a club lulu jr sandwich. The cashier was ringing it up but couldn't figure out how to place the order as a jr sandwich. He asked for help from his female coworker. She came up and said the club lulu could not be ordered as a jr sandwich. She explained I can get the turkey tom and add bacon for an extra charge instead. Then I asked for clarification because the only difference was the bacon. She responded, "I don't know how much clearer I can explain it" and this is where I ended up canceling my order and walking out. I am not upset about not being able to get the sandwich I wanted. I am upset in the manner she responded to me after I asked for clarification.

I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's for almost 2 years and without fail, my order is messed up almost every single time. It can also take literally a hour+ for a sandwich to get delivered. The manager is very apologetic but at some point you need to be able to make a sandwich right and complete an order correctly. Not sure what part of following an order and putting in the bag what is on the ticket is so difficult but apparently that’s too much.
