I have always used the app to order from this store. I live about 6 blocks away and the order is always ready when I get there even though I leave right after I order. The food is what you would expect from Jimmy John's and the workers are always very friendly. Will return here often.

This location seems like it may have come under new management in the past few years and whoever is running it is running it like the Navy! Amazing quality every time, super fast, nice people working. Noticeably better than other JJs in the city :)

I’ve been to a lot of Jimmy John’s here in Chicago and I’ve ordered through the app a lot, but this was by far the worst customer experience I’ve had. When I went in, I was never greeted properly and it seemed like I was just being asked like what I wanted just in very nasty and sarcastic way. I probably shouldn’t have brought from here. I should’ve just left out when I got the energy or the vibe but yeah, I doubt I’ll come to this location ever again. And then, when I asked for a bag, she said I could get it myself, so I reached behind the counter to get a bag and honestly I don’t think that is the right protocol.

This is by far the best Jimmy John’s I have ever been to! The workers work so diligently and the sandwiches are handled with love and care. Jeremy took my order and was very patient and straight forward when his machine was messing up. Just needed to share that if you’re coming here you’re sure to be greeted with great service and awesome sandwiches, will definitely be back!

2 LARGE, THICK, SHARP pieces of plastic in my sandwich; one of which actually slit my tongue and I could have swallowed!!! I fed some of this to a child; thank God there wasn't one in his piece!!! When I called the store directly (doordash order; phone number attached was disconnected so I had to search for them), selecting "1" to speak with someone, it hangs up on you automatically. Then when I called back selecting "2" to place an order and convey the issue to the (little boy) Frank who answered, he basically so much as calls me a liar and tells me "it's gotta just be the hardened fat from the capicola". This is after a long pause of silence to where I had to ask if anyone was still on the phone. These were LARGE, THICK, SHARP pieces of plastic. He told me to call back in 3 days for the general manager (Dan); not once did he ask my name, order, or contact info. He spoke to me with more disrespect than I'd ever experienced. He shouted, spoke over me, degraded me, and HUNG UP IN MY FACE. When I called back he answered saying he IS the manager. Continued to YELL AT ME while talking over me. HOLLERED OVER ME WHILE I WAS SIMPLY TRYING TO SPEAK saying "LOOK I TOLD YOU WHAT IT IS YOU DONT LIKE IT OK". He threw an entire tantrum over the phone like a toddler!!!! Basically told me to fuck off. This wackjob does not need to be working in any customer service field where he has to converse with people AT ALL! Not to mention the sandwiches were sloppy and disgusting. I saved the pieces but can't upload them as my camera is cracked. So I'll be taking this up with the Health Department, "Manager Frank".

The Manager is very Rude to the staff and to customers he talks with a very nasty attitude my food was not right and some of the staff doesn't like him.

Poor service and follow-up. I made an order to pickup on NOON Sunday. Upon arrival to get it, the door was locked and hours on door stated they were closed.Working under a time crunch, I had to leave my order and never received a reply regarding a refund or making it right. This franchisor isn't taking care of their store.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do not go to this Jimmy John's. I walked in to place an order. I was the only customer in the store. There were five - 5 - workers behind the counter, making sandwiches, prepping, walking around, etc. I waited for almost five minutes for someone to take my order. I finally had to ask if someone would please take my order and they told me to wait. I guess they don't want my money so I'm heading to the next closest Jimmy John's. Totally unprofessional and ignorant.
