This Jimmy Johnâs location looks a little run down, but it fits in a run down area of downtown Chicago! I was in a huge rush, and this location lives up to their reputation of being freakishly fast. Thatâs what I needed and I got an âas expectedâ Jimmy Johnâs sandwich. Friendly service.

I ordered food from here. They said it was delivered, but it never was. I ordered online and even included a higher than suggested tip. Now I am out my money AND donât have food. Never again!!

On my second catering order (from this location), & haven't been disappointed! The bread is soft the veggies and meat taste fresh. The catering presentation looks awesome. Everyone at the office loves it! I've never seen people grab second's before. & I've order from numerous Catering spots, this seems to be the best option so far.

I mean the food is standard JJ which is fairly good but the people working here were particularly nice and helped me set up my app to receive a free sandwich next time

Fairly typical JJ's location, making their average fare. What I find frustrating about this particular store is that the layout is so wide open it's actually confusing as to where to place and pick up your order. Sometimes there are tons of people to help, and sometimes it feels nobody is willing to help. And it's so dark and dank, it feels depressing being there. If you're just coming to take your order out, none of this probably matters, but it's just not an overly pleasant place to go.
