Placed an order for delivery, manager called me and said he had to cancel order because they had no delivery driver. Fair enough, being close to the store I decided to just walk over and place an order in person. He then continues to tell me he can’t make any sandwiches because he has no bread! It’s incomprehensible to me that a Jimmy John’s can run out of the most important ingredient in sandwich making.

They delivered my order, which I pre tipped on, and just left in downstairs in my building, never even called to tell me it was delivered, even though my phone number was on the receipt. This is why people don’t pretip. I will not be ordering from them again. Definitely not “Freaky Fast” by any means.

Only one in there but due to a “big order” they were unable to make my sandwich until it was done stating it would be 20-30 minutes. I thought this was a joke. It wasnt. So rather than multi-tasking or taking a “freaky fast” pause to make a quick sandwich for someone in the store… the three employees essentially decided to shut down the store for a half hour… who trained them??

Maaaaaaaan look. My wife and I are out and trying our hardest to enjoy our anniversary. And after 2 days of bad service and just ok food, watching Angelo work was a joy. He was working the shop by himself, had a great attitude, a clean work station, was multitasking, and even made a few jokes. He took care of 6 customers in a matter of literal seconds. If I had the cash he would have received a tip. I hope he's being paid his worth because so far this week he's been the best experience we've had with the food industry in Chicago this week. Angelo thank you for your service.

Customer service was nice. The guy that made my Italian sub deserves a raise. It tasted so good, and not messy. Place is clean & the GM explained the perks of online purchasing. Will be back. Thank you

I can’t believe how disrespectful the manager I talked to about my delivery was. I was met with uncalled rudeness and when I asked to not be talked to in a disrespectful manner, they continued to and started raising their voice at me! I never got my order delivered. I waited 3 hours and no one called me. I called twice before this man claimed they’ve been trying to call me for 3 hours? this guy had some nerve to confidently tell me that MY PHONE has been off??? And I turned it back on and I guess that’s how I’m calling them about my refund???? THEN THE NUMBER HE READ BACK TO ME WASNT MINE!!! So instead of reassessing the situation he doubled down and hung up the phone on me. Claimed he couldn’t resolve the issue until Monday and that day was Saturday. I literally have physical proof that I called that location twice before and not ONCE did anyone say they been trying to get in touch with me, but I’m the liar right???? And the cherry on top was when they actually did call me like sir????? You’re unbelievable! Seriously the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced and it’s unfair that I was treated that way when I did nothing wrong. And he again had the nerve to tell me to never do business with that location again. Like bro, your head must be full of rocks, how are you a manager is baffling to me. The absolute worse

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this location and Janice took my order and I asked for the meal but she only charged for the sandwich. I didn't realize she didn't charge me and when I went to get my drink they said I didn't pay for it. I said I mentioned I wanted the meal and they called me a liar. Then proceeded to charge me full price for the chips and drink. So even though they didn't hear me and it was their mistake, they charged me extra for no reason. I asked for a refund and they laughed and disrespected me and called me racist names. I don't know who raised those two girls but they obviously didn't do a good job. One of the girls said her name was "miss lady" and did not give her real name. She then proceeded to call me "these white people" as if this was a common occurrence with the location. I'll be sure to call them daily and ask for a manger so they know the kind of employees they have.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO HE MOCKED AND DISRESPECTED BY TEENAGERS
