Poor customer service from the start. The manager was not helpful at all and seemed visibly annoyed just taking my order. It felt like I was an inconvenience to them, which created a really unwelcoming atmosphere.

Was served by DEMETRIA! Asked for 2 Italian #7 and i got lettuce sandwiches (see photos). DEMETRIA was rude and had attitude when i asked her for GIANT subs and she rang me for regular sandwiches. She said you shoulve said that at the beginning and i said I DID, she ignored my request. Instead of fixing my order she was stading with her arms folded. Once I got my sandwiches at home I was strongly disasssapointed by how they made them. Mostly lettuce! DEMETRIA needs to be on the back if she's going to give paying customers attitude. And it wasn't even busy.

Ordered sandwiches with bacon on them. When we received it they served us uncooked cold bacon. Asked the employee if it was possible to heat them and he refused. Who wants to eat cold bacon?! Waste of money.

All said and done this is thee worst Jimmy John’s I’ll ever been too, don’t matter if you go in the morning or night. Always smells like cannabis. Awful management. The morning managers seems like they don’t control their staffs. SMH. Don’t bother coming to this Jimmy John’s y’all!!!

The service at this location is absolutely terrible. The person who answered the phone was rude and unwilling to help me with my order that never arrived and she said she couldn’t help me and hung up on me. When I called to get her name she kept putting me on hold and wouldn’t answer. Great hire with people that can careless about your customers and treats them this way.
Today I called into the location for my order, when I arrived 20 minutes later and the employees had not ever started on my orders which means I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location’s service. Also the female employee had an attitude, throwing her spatula in the mayo. Please send a manager to this store in a hurry. Super unprofessional employees. I went in today 7/16/2024 between 7:00-7:30 pm. The receipt # was 135 for customer Jyza. The young brunette employee was messing around with her male coworker around the corner (they were hugging and making out like a bunch of immature teens). I could see them from the reflection of the appliances, they noticed me and continued messing around.
I called out for them to assist me in getting my order, and they ignored me twice before the girl came over as if nothing happened. How disgraceful..it never fails that hiring young people leads to trouble. This generation has 0 work ethic and a sense of professionalism & respect. If this is the generation we are raising, then we are screwed!

So apparently the sliced ghost pepper cheese is only for the firecracker wrap. But since it’s sliced cheese shouldn’t it be able to be added to other sandwiches??
