When I got in, I placed an order for a Pepe and Vito. As soon as Carina took our order, she was very distracted, I had observed this previously. The women in front of us ordered a sandwich and drink, and Carina refused to give the women her drink when she asked for it, acting as though the customers Spanish accent prevented her from understanding. Eventually, my sister informed Carina of what the women was asking for, and she gave the women her drink.When the worker was making my order I was observing him, and whilst making it the sandwich fell to the ground while he was placing it in the bag. He picked it up and put it in the bag without realizing I had seen, and then insisted on giving it to me. I told him no, that I would not accept a sandwich that had fallen to the ground, and he would remake it, but he made it incorrectly and with attitude since I requested he remake it. I had ordered only mayo, lettuce, pepperoni, and salami. Instead, I got it with tomato, onion, black pepper, and without mayonnaise. I threw out the sandwich I got since I did not like it that way and I was not willing to go back if they kept making mistakes.

It’s confusing how the other JJs in the area can manage being freaky fast but this one takes 2 hours and no update for delivery. We even ordered earlier than our lunch. They should’ve called and asked if we still wanted our order and/or if pickup was an option.

Took 15 minutes to make 1 sandwiches when there was 3 employees there , this place needs some SERIOUS TRAINING , the owner should be very concerned to have 3 employees and zero out of 100 customer service when there was only me and one other customer. I could have done the job of these 3 people faster than them alone

Received a lot of e mails. I finally go in at 8:30pm sandwich maker is very rude. Didn’t want to make the food yet they close at 9pm. He didn’t speak to me. My son who is 7 said he was mean.Another customer came in at 8:45pm he got refused.

. Idk why but it seems like any jimmy johns in the neighboring cities are equally horrible. Second time here and let me tell you how bad it is. The first time I was disrespected because I asked why it smelled like weed in the store. The manager at the time said its me thats the problem. And now late last week at 400 pm employees were vaping and cussing at eachother all while making someones order. I asked them if the can change there gloves after touching the vape and she did but she gave me the nastiest look. My sandwhich was squished and the gave me 100 napkins!Evergreen park is trash as well.Carina disrespected me infront of my friends she told us shes the manager. Im just in awe and cant believe yhis but I witnessed some kid in plan closthes make himself a sandwhich no gloves on sit down and eat. The kids eyes were red as the devil and he smelled like shit or weed couldnt tell the difference.
How is this franchise still open its super expensive they charge for the cheese.. and it’s a horrible sub .. $14 just thrown in the

Explain to me how it takes one hour to make two sandwiches.Edit: After reading other reviews and respones from the owner, everyone has the same experience; wait times of up to an hour for one to two sandwiches. It appears that this most certainly is how you "roll" and this is the way you've been rolling for the past year. I will not be giving business to this location any longer and I'm telling everybody in the hood to not eat here anymore. That's how we roll haha.

The food was fine. The ambiance was loud and disrespectful. No gloves are worn either. These employees were hanging around as if this was a bar. They all went to the back and disappear leaving the establishment unattended and the drive-thru line hanging.
