This is my favorite Jimmy John’s. The food is always fresh and made with love and care. All of the staff members are polite, friendly, and take pride in providing excellent customer service. On October 14, 2025, I had a large order for my students who were going on a field trip and was unsure of what to order. They didn’t hesitate to assist me. The staff members were very patient with me. The food was prompt and they made sure that the order was correct. Great service and keep up the good work! I ordered for delivery for my lunch. I ordered and hour before my scheduled lunch time. My order was delivered one and a half hour later. I called and cancelled my order before it got there to receive a refund. I was told to still accept the food when it arrived and a refund will be given to me. I never received a refund.

I like Jimmy John's, but their online delivery pricing per item is wayyy more expensive than the pricing in store. I don't like the mark-up. I won't be ordering online

Unsatisfactory, JIMMY! 🤨 The portion sizes were less than expected for a full sandwich. Photo attached of UPGRADED sandwich with extra meat ($2.00). The explanation of pre-cut portions being used to ensure consistency was lost on me. In a college campus neighborhood this might be profitable, but my choice in the future will be altered. Do better, Jimmy!
Was there yesterday...the staff was LAZY. The guy that took my order never stopped reading his text messages. Then the girl who made my order was talking to another guy the whole time....stopped working to respond. There were 2 guys just standing around. Worst service ever.

Worst choice I made to go get a sandwich all sandwiches are not a toasted option, you can't dress your sandwich to your liking you pretty much got to get it how it is with no option for add-ons and the sandwiches are regular sandwiches. Me personally will not be going back to jimmy jones again I'll take that trip up north to jersey mikez or go to subway

I purchased this sandwich and you are trying to harm people. How could you not see this meat changing colors like this I want my money back im glad I saw the mold sticking out the bread. It is only a day later you had to see this the lights on your side are bright as heck where you make the sandwiches. Pictures of the meat and sandwich are in the photo section of this place. Crazy is that you are in hyde park serving this type of mess.
