Unsatisfactory, JIMMY! 𤨠The portion sizes were less than expected for a full sandwich. Photo attached of UPGRADED sandwich with extra meat ($2.00). The explanation of pre-cut portions being used to ensure consistency was lost on me. In a college campus neighborhood this might be profitable, but my choice in the future will be altered. Do better, Jimmy!

Was there yesterday...the staff was LAZY. The guy that took my order never stopped reading his text messages. Then the girl who made my order was talking to another guy the whole time....stopped working to respond. There were 2 guys just standing around. Worst service ever.

Worst choice I made to go get a sandwich all sandwiches are not a toasted option, you can't dress your sandwich to your liking you pretty much got to get it how it is with no option for add-ons and the sandwiches are regular sandwiches. Me personally will not be going back to jimmy jones again I'll take that trip up north to jersey mikez or go to subway

I purchased this sandwich and you are trying to harm people. How could you not see this meat changing colors like this I want my money back im glad I saw the mold sticking out the bread. It is only a day later you had to see this the lights on your side are bright as heck where you make the sandwiches. Pictures of the meat and sandwich are in the photo section of this place. Crazy is that you are in hyde park serving this type of mess.

I love Jimmy Johnâs. I just donât understand this particular store. It may be four minutes. Five minutes down the road and it always takes 45 minutes to hour to receive a sandwich. You would think that theyâre making something other than sandwiches. Also customer service is not the best at times and they donât follow directions when it comes to properly preparing your order.

Ordered not even a week ago and it was fine. Didnât change my address of where I am and now all the sudden none of your locations will deliver? Because now all the sudden it isnât within delivery distance? Make that make sense. Itâs less than 3 miles from your closest location. That isnât far.
Ordered through the JJ app. They sent my order to be delivered through Uber Eats & the order was marked âdeliveredâ when I never saw the delivery driver & couldnât find my food anywhere. Called the store about it & was told there was ânothing they could do about itâ since it was sent out through uber, but they would refund me through a credit on my account. Theyâre the ones that used the service for delivery so it should still be their responsibility. The person that answered the phone was very apathetic & didnât even attempt to try & get the order redelivered or something. So left with no food & immense frustration.

If you donât get an item that you paid for then youâre shit out of luck! If you call to tell them and ask how they will remedy the problem they will just put you on PERMANENT HOLD! I hope they get raided!

This place gave me food poisoning, I came in at 2:10pm on Wednesday the 15th and orderd a Vito sandwich everyone got there food before me. I assumed mine was coming because they had got busy. So I waited patiently. Then finally after everyone got there food the girl at the counter finally asked if I needed something. YEAH MY SANDWICH, SHE WAS THE ONE TO TAKE MY ORDER. Total dopes working there. Anyways I ate my sandwich about about 6 hours later while I was on my last hour of work I got horribly sick. I have not been up all night on the toilet and throwing up. This is disgusting. I'm not sure if it was dirty none washed hands or poor food control but I want my money back. I have never been so sick in my life. Please don't come here.
