This is my first time trying Jimmy John’s subs. I ordered the turkey Tom. it consist of turkey and cheese, lettuce, and tomato along with their Italian dressing, it was okay. I wasn’t a big fan of their French roll or French bread. It reminded me of a hotdog bun only harder. The taste of the sub was good, but I couldn’t get past the French bread. I wanted to order the Italian sub, but I was afraid too. I am 100% Italian and thought the meats are not going be authentic Italian and I probably should’ve tried it that’s the only way to find. We ordered on their app and you know that saying, freaky fast, I will admit it was ready in less than eight minutes. they were freaky fast. I love that they had self pick up! you go to the shelf, Find your name take it and go. No waiting in line, that was perfect! Now here’s the real question would I go back? Maybe? To try their wraps..

I ordered foot at 7:30pm last night 5/17/25 and it literally just never came. I work until 10pm and gave up on it at about 9pm. If I could give 0 stars I would. Constant issues with this location which sucks because it's so close to my job

Likely ranked in my upper tier of cold cut sandwiches is Jimmy Johns. I've been to this particular location a handful of times and JJ locations and atmospheres tend to be pretty similar. Pretty clean, kinda modern, polite workers and quickly made sandwiches. I'd probably rank some of the suburban locations at 5 stars, but this one is still a very solid close to mid 4 stars.

This place used to be a weekly staple until I found hair in my food, I called and was willing to return my sandwhich for a refund, I was told not to return my sandwhich and I would receive a refund, it's been a week I've yet to receive my refund, the sandwhich went in the trash bc I wasn't interested in eating a pube hair. Now I have to take the extra step of disputing this with my bank and finding a new weekly staple to replace this garbage.
I orderd a 25.00 sandwich. I asked if they could sub the beef for one of the other meats. She replied sure which one. I said turkey please. Later on the receipt I noticed she did a extra charge but ham.... it was like 4.00 and some change. Then I order a veggie sandwich. This sandwich literally had nothing on it. Paid 11.00 for bread. I'm extremely dissatisfied. 40.00 dollars for sandwichs! or one sandwich and one bread basically.

Never received online delivery order that was placed with a 2 hour notice. Was told twice it was on the way by assistant and general manager. Never came. Was literally lied to and had to call location twice. I was also refused owners name and told to google it.

Jimmy John’s is always solid! The spicy east coast Italian is one of my favorites. The beach club and the bootlegger are always fire too! Freaky fast delivery’s too! I got the unwich in the lettuce wrap. Good giant pickles too!
