The worst jj i have ever order from also they send your food out with uber do not order from them
Took over an hour for an online order to be delivered.
Great service
It's Jimmy John's so some of the sandwiches are really good. Some are average like the Cubano, which was a little bit of a disappointment (That of course has nothing to do with the team members making it. It's more that I felt the flavor didn't come out (based on the description of ingredients -I think it might be better if the cheese was melted or the sandwiches had a toasted option) my first and only time having it. But that's not on this store... I think it's the lack of toasting making the cheese more flavorful etc. But that's a minor thing.
Today, I had the totally tuna and it's always consistently good. The potato salad side for the cost is a little sparse but it's definitely not bad. Their Diet Coke fountain fizz is just right... never flat like some other places that I've been to.
Also, they do an awesome job with my Turkey Tom.
The staff does a pretty good job of keeping the place clean and they're always responsive when I wish them a good day which is nice because in some places that totally isn't the case nowadays sad but true.
I enjoy my getaway for a little while during lunch And that's due to the diligence of the staff keeping on top of the place so that it's always a pleasant environment to go to.
Fast and high quality, good vibes, no complaints
Sandwiches have really gone downhill. First, my sandwich was missing items, and the extra on onions was ignored and they replaced the sandwich but still had the small amounts instead of the extra I ordered
Great customer service from Benjamin! Best JJs around!

20min wait for 1 sandwich. There were 3 workers all doing other things besides making sandwiches while there was about 5 customers all waiting for their orders.

Can't believe the management at this place! I order delivery from there all the time. I order so much, the delivery driver knows me. Sometimes I wait over 45mins to get my sandwich, when other times it's less than 20. And MOJORITY of the time I receive my sandwich incorrectly. And I literally order the same sandwich every time! I am very patient with them and will wait for them to bring me my correct order. But the last time, I waited 45mins for my sandwich and it was wrong. Waited another 35 min for my correct sandwich, and they still made it wrong. I told them it's been almost 2 hours and I wouldn't want to wait any longer, so they said they would give me a credit. When I called this time to receive my credit, they only wanted to offer $3 off my $16 sandwich! The manager argued with me telling me we sent you the correct sandwich eventually, which they never did. After going back and forth with her, giving me additude the whole time, she said the best she can do is a $5 credit... I mean come on. It's a sandwich! As a former employee of JJ, and a P.I.C. (manager) I am truly disappointed in the way they operate and how they handled the situation. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a delivery on Wed Feb 14th, my uber delivery driver decided to take my food rather than deliver it so I called the restaurant after about an hour had gone by. They not only resent my food right away but refunded my order!!! Excellent customer service ? Not their fault about a hungry uber driver that decided to eat my sandwich. Was not expecting a refund at all. That made my day!!! Great customer service definitely order from here again.

This place is overrated. They are really stingy with the meat I ordered the giant sub, which is almost $20, and had about 6 slices of roast beef on the entire sub. Also, they give you the least amount of ingredients. Just enough lettuce(iceberg-eyeroll) to cover the bread 3 tomato slices and a few cucumber slices with a little bit of mayo. This $20 sandwich cost no more than $5 in ingredients. That includes the cost of the bread. Any local grocery store that makes sandwiches puts them to shame. Fairplay has good sandwiches. You get a foot long for the same price but with 4x the meat and cheese and more tomato, lettuce, pickle, peppers..etc. if I'm paying $20 for a sandwich, I don't want it to be 75% bread! I don't recommend this place at all! There are plenty of better sandwich places in Pilsen and bridgeport you could go to.

Worst customer experience of all time. Took my order and my charged my CC, just to call me back 25mins later to tell me I was too far out of their delivery zone for them to detour to complete my order. ? I was hungry AF!! And I’m only 2 blocks away from their delivery zone ?

Very skimpy on the lettuce asked for extra pickles got three small pickles usually when I compare it they make a nice sandwich. I'm sure it was yesterday's bread because it was only 1:00. Usually their bread is so good but not today.
