I ordered the country club but the whole thing tasted like onions where there are no onions in this sandwich. If the person preparing the ingredients cut the onions last or use a different knife, onion juice takes over the flavor of the original foods taste. I dislike onions and I know I'm not the only one.

I stopped by to place an order because I was craving Jimmy John’s. When I walked in, I was immediately scolded and told they don’t open until 10:30 AM. Confused, I asked why the door was open, and they responded that it was for their drivers. However, there was no sign outside indicating whether the store was open or closed, nor were the hours posted anywhere.
I would have understood if they weren’t ready to serve food yet, but the way I was treated was unnecessarily rude. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Instead, they acted as if I was at fault for not checking their website—when, in reality, their open door and visible staff made it seem like they were ready for business. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this experience.

How do you order delivery when no one ever picks up their phones at this location. It's 8 pm and they are open until 9 pm. It will either ring a long time or after a few rings you can tell they pick up and hang up. This location has always been a nightmare. Unfortunately no other locations deliver to us because we're out of range. What a joke.

Without a doubt one of my favorite sandwiches, the service in this branch was very good from the employee who served me, and the best thing was that they served me in Spanish, I will definitely continue to return!!!!

Took the guy 10 minutes to give me my sandwich. Was unapologetic and rude, he and his colleagues were making fun of me . Table was sticky as hell. Even the floor was dirty. Will never be back
