This is the worst Jimmy John’s and they need to close. I never get the correct sandwich, wait 10 minutes after I arrive after I already placed the order online, and recently I went to pick up my online order an hour before close and the door was locked!!???? Just close up shop. This is embarrassing.
Called to ordered via delivery and had to call them like 10 times told someone answered. To be told that they didn’t have any delivery people. Called other JJ in the area only a couple of city blocks away to get only told No cause I’m not in the delivery zone ! Horrible customer service !

The food is usually really good. But lately I've gotten two orders wrong and today when they gave me the wrong sandwich again, I called and asked for the correct sandwich. The woman on the phone gave me mad attitude and then hung up when I asked her to pleae send the right one when she offered. No time frame for delivery, nothing. It's been 30 minutes and still no food.
