Freaky fast? More like shockingly slow. I could have sourced the ingredients myself via Amazon and made a sandwich faster than it took them to deliver my soggy sub. To the owners I say: Put this location out of its misery.

So what a disappoint never brought our order or even called to tell us driver had car trouble. After waiting a hour for them , we had to call them . Freaky fast definitely isn’t Jimmy’ John’s! Don’t waste your time with delivery this is the second time they let us down!!

I go to this restaurant almost every weekend but this weekend I was told that I am not allowed to pay with a $50 bill when I have multiple times before. When I asked where was the sign stating that paying with a $50 bills against policy, my server said there is no sign but you cannot pay with a $50 bill. This is the first time I’ve ever heard and again I go there anlmost every weekend. Before the whole transaction started, I was told to please hold on and the sever removed herself to the back room with the money that I had gave her just to come back to tell me that I could not use it. This was in the middle of the day. Why I asked her why and explained to her that my change would only be $12. She said we don’t have the change, very unprofessional and hard to believe. I have been a Manager/Leader/Boss for years. There is no way a restaurant does not have change in the middle of the day so close to lunchtime. Now if there’s a new policy in place there needs to be a sign and since there is not a sign, I as a customer should not have been inconvenienced 2 o’clock in the afternoon (on my lunch break) by the shortcomings of an unorganized and unprofessional management. I say management, because a Business is only as good as those who run it.

The store did run out of bread, but they made some fast. They were super friendly and we figured it all out. My first time at this JJ and I loved it.Vegetarian options: They have the classic veggie sub.

I literally just went in here on lunch break. I really think it was the staff today because usually my experience is good at this location. The person who made my sandwich was talking with other staff the whole time, the bread was cold and not toasted, one side of the sandwich the tomatoes where on the top and the other side they were on the bottom. The avocado spread was none existent on the sandwich. It was a sloppy sandwich period and I always get the veggie one.
If you want sandwiches in an hour and a half with zero remorse. Be my guest. If you like terrible and rude customer service with no regard for customer's time, have at it! You have been warned.

They are so slow at this location, and they overcharged me by sizing up my drink on the receipt, even though I only asked for the regular combo and I walked out with a smaller drink. It's only $1.65 extra, but if they're charging me with my small order extra, how much extra are they charging larger orders for, and how much extra are they taking as a whole? This employee needs to be corrected.
