The sandwiches were great, but they were delivered with Hellmann's mayonnaise packets that were nearly impossible to open.
This location does NOT use fresh bread. This is the only location where the bread is hard and stale.
I don’t know why this location has bad reviews. I’ve never had an issue in my last 10 years of getting a sandwich regularly. Staff is amazing, food is always fresh and promptly prepared.

I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap with a ? ?. I enjoyed my meal and it was very tasty. I will always find a Jimmy John's wherever I travel because they are consistently tasty.
Kid-friendliness: The lettuce wrap I would said would be a nice surprise for kids. It's pretty refreshing, light, and easy to break up into pieces.

Ordered a box luch and was handed a sandwhich and nothing else. No bag. No drink. No pickle. No chips. Then when i asked. She mumbled and acted like i was being difficult. I wondered why at lunch time there was no one in there.
Sandwiches are very SALTY, staff is friendly and dining area is clean.

They have One veggie option. It's tasty and healthy. Good that they now offer King size for dinner. The toppings are spare compared to Subway, but the quality of the bread and cheese here is waaaay better. A tad expensive but worth it.ETA: I'm sad that the quality of bread has gone down. I don't know if they changed the recipe or the method of baking. But what used to be pillowy soft and tasty has now become kinda hard and gritty. I know it's not a one off, because it's the same in all the places I've tried. Bummer. 1 star down for that.
It turns out saying meat cheese hot peppers and onions means taking the entire stock of mayo and tomatoes and dispensing it on every square inch of the sandwhich.

Human finger nail in my sandwich. STAFF NOT WEARING GLOVESI am very upset. I come to this location often because it is so close to my office. I ordered my sandwich today only to discover a human finger nail. I find this unacceptable that body parts could even make it into my sandwich. This was an awful, disgusting experience, and I am concerned it could indicate a larger health issue, because employees are supposed to be wearing gloves.
So tasty
Big party
