Delivery driver Connor displayed peak incompetence by delivering to the wrong address and conveniently sent a text that the order was delivered one minute after the store closed so the order was not remade / redelivered. Unsure if this was intentional or not, after communication it seemed likely that he fabricated the entire delivery process as he failed to mention key surrounding landmarks of the delivery location. I do hope management gives him a map next time they send him out and teach him how to at least properly lie if he’s going to do it again.

I frequent Jimmy John's quite a bit I would say at least once a week. Love their food great customer service most of the time quick and convenient for lunch. I've been to this location two separate occasions for lunch both terrible experiences. My last visit I wasn't sure if I was stepping into a Jimmy John's or a nightclub the music was so loud customers and employees could barely hear each other when they're speaking. In this day and age of sanitary necessity it's interesting when a customer has to lean over the register to hear the employee repeating their order back to them. One lady walked away from the counter not hearing the employee trying to give her her beverage to the point where other customers had to get her attention for her to realize that the employee was trying to talk to her. After sitting down with my sandwich I sent at the bench closest to the front door which happened to be directly underneath a fan that seemed to be on cyclonic vortex setting. Anything that wasn't waited down by my 40 oz hydro flask was pretty much flying around my table. I looked underneath my table to see if the napkins had flown down there when I discovered a pile of lettuce underneath the bench, not just a few pieces of lettuce I mean literally almost as much lettuce as what goes on a single sandwich. After asking the employee if they could turn off the fan or at least turn it down he told me he could not and then went back to making sandwiches.. in this day and age where businesses are closing quicker than ever the owners of this place might want to get things under control there and revamp some of the employees training before this place closes down due to unsatisfied customers having to deal with people who apparently don't appreciate their jobs..

Ordered online and this thing sucks. I ordered extra oil & vinegar and got the dryest sandwich Ive ever had in my life. Ordered extra jimmy peppers and jimmy mustard aswell. Neither were present. This is blatantly not what I ordered at all and it far below what I normally expect from jimmy johns.

Place is terrible, delivered our food to a random person outside of our building and didn’t notify us it was delivered, it had taken an hour and a half to begin with. Once we called the store to ask what was taking so long the manager refused to re-deliver because they “were out of the food we ordered.” Despite the fact that we like Jimmy John’s, given the option between ordering from this store and not having Jimmy John’s again we’ll choose the latter.

I placed my order, arrived 5 minutes later, waited another 5 minutes, and somehow received a soggy sandwich. Not going to eat this. Very sad.
Super slow and condescending. Supposed to be freaky fast but I waited 25 minutes for a pick up order. I went pick up my order and there were 4 people in line waiting to order. All of them ordered and got their food before they started working on mine. The guy making the sandwich when asked he he received my order didn’t even look up when he said if it ain’t on the shelf we haven’t made it yet. 25 minutes for a sandwich is unacceptable especially with all the other lunch options on the block. I’ll think twice before ordering from this specific Jimmy Johns again.

There was a rude man that answered the phone twice and deliberately hung up on me when I called a third time he said he was a manager.I had a hard time talking because I lost my voice but the man on the other end was very unprofessional I don’t know what kind of business he’s running but they need a replacement.
