I recently visited Jimmy John's and had the worst experience. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and downright rude. The manager was the worst of them all - ignorant and arrogant. It's appalling how they treat their customers. I will never set foot in that establishment again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear if they value decent service and respect. Absolutely disgusted.

I ordered the jalapeno chicken wrap, it was done fast! And it was scrumptious, plenty of chicken, jalapenos. That was $11.00 well spent, it filled me up.?

Please hire people who can pay attention and follow simple directions. I asked for Dijon mustard and no mayo on my sandwich. The receipt says "no mayo", yet there's mayonnaise on the sandwich. Then the receipt says "no Dijon", which is not what I said to the cashier. I said "no Jimmy's mustard". I paid 9 bucks for a sandwich that I couldn't even eat. Then the pin pad has the nerve to ask for a tip? So sick of these entitled people thinking a tip is deserved for subpar service.

The custom sandwiches are delicious, but the regular menu sandwiches are also delicious. If it's full size, it will be 2 servings.

Stopped in after getting Garrett's popcorn.i was so disappointed. I ordered a giant turkey bacon lulu. They didn't give me cheese at all. They are giving you three pieces of turkey and 3 stripes of bacon. They have to stop cutting corners I paid $19.63 and threw half of the sandwich away. It had to much bread I will not return.

I usually never leave reviews but this establishment i feel like the service definitely exceeded my high standards. They hooked up my usual order and changed the game for me(which will now be my order from now on). I found additional items in my bag when i got home and was surprised! Thank you to everyone who helped today.

I eat lunch here regularly, and about 50% of the time, they don’t read the special instructions for my order which is extra mayo and cut in half. I wonder if the staff is reading the orders or just looking at only the number. This is super annoying because it’s the only JJs in the area so I have no choice. I hope they read this review and as a result, start reading the entire order ticket when making sandwiches.

tried going to chipotle next door but they weren't open on time so i went to jimmy johns. in general i'm a fan of their subs and it was good as expected. this branch is super fast
